Its well worth an email to them and they can reset your account to send your the emails. Mine were switched off because a couple bounced. I've given up on all but the email points.

It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

In all honestly I have just lost the plot with Mutual Points, weve got checks that were supposeto of been wrote mid March and were still waiting, I went on last night and was really shocked to see how many retailers they had lost, the main serches pages, has gone from nearly 50 retailers to 32 and they no longer do price runner, (or what ever it was called), where u could earn 7 pounts a time with 5 seraches each day, theres just kellko but has only 1 point per search which is less than 1p.

    It is unbelievable x

I put a claim in for my first cheque from them yesterday I'm guessing this is going to take some time to come listening to other users even though I think it says allow up to 21 days to receive. I did this because they have not paid me for any of the surveys I have completed with them, I stopped doing them a while ago because they hadnt been credited so put a ticket in and they still have not been credited. They have told me they cant trace the surveys and that no one else has problems with them so cannot pay me for them so once I get the cheque I wont be using them anymore they arent worth the hassle
    Thanx

I mailed them about not getting survey points for ages. I kept and have been marking the surveys as I complete them.

Today they sent me a very poorly worded email ( Not a native English speaker I think) With what I think mean was to send them a copy of each survey I completed. I have copy and pasted into the reply and will see what happens. But once I get to the marked payout I'm scrapping them

The reply I received about surveys not being rewarded, which I received mid April, admitted that there had been a problem which had now been resolved. Message stated that points would be added within 20 days. None yet though.

I got a reply back and they added 300 points for the surveys I haven't been credited for. Its not all the points but then my fault for not starting to label them as I complete them sooner.

I don't think you should take any blame for them not paying out the survey points to you. Really we shouldnt have to keep note of every survey we do just because they cant be trusted to pay people for them. They wont pay me for mine saying no one else has problems with them but its clear from this thread that many do. I was hoping they might include my cheque in this months payments but it probably wont go through now I claimed it on 28th I think. I just hope they dont drag it out because they will know I wont be using them anymore from looking at my account.
