I am in exactly the same boat with mutual points, I do the daily clicks and have not had any points since the end of Jan, (same goes for the rest of the family), I emailed Mutual points, saying that they hadnt been credited, they put on 21 points the missing 3 days (price runner ) b4 that disappeared and as for the missing points for buy central, could I bear with them, as there getting round to the points and they should be credited in the next few days that was aweek ago! Give them to wed then write off again, the 4 of us here are on or around 2,700 - 2,900 points so the missing points would be a payout orvery near. I know it sounds tight, but those cheques pay my dd ballet lessons, (as a household the money all goes in dd pot for ballet).

My last credit was 29th Jan 09, if I hear anymore I will pop back to the thread. xx

I wont bother starting with them again then, I did a couple of days for the first time in months last week and they havent been tracked so its not worth it. I still do the emails at the moment but the paying ones are getting less and less apart from the surveys which I'm not wasting my time on as it seems they don't pay for them either.

There used to be someone from mutual points answering queries in this thread but they never come on anymore.

Was a bloke called Adi he was brilliant, but unfortunately he left the company........ I'm still awaiting the missing points, agree re surveys, theres so many people now jumped on the band wagon that the surveys companies are now in the position to be selective

Agreed Adi was very good. Still no response to my email... The click throughs not being paid out for are bad enough, but those surveys take a lot of time and I havent received any points for them...

price runner disappeared end of jan, its only buy central that is worth doing, thats if and when they pay up

I have emailed a few times recently about Buycentral and kelkoo points (I still havent automatically received any points for buycentral since August last year)

Every time they do add the points on manually but the situation of points not being automatically continues.

I was told that since they increased the buycentral points to 5 searches a day they would be credited automatically - a few weeks on and still no points...

If i have to keep emailing to have points added I think I'll join the growing list of people giving up with mutualpoints...

I emailed last night and got an email back today and the points have been manually accounted for, I used the link on the account page,

It is a pain haveing to keep emailing, lets hope with all the hassle their haveing they will eventually get around to adding the point properly x

They claim to reply within 48 hours but I have received no response to my 3 emails in the last 2 weeks... I have spent my precious time doing a lot of their surveys in the last few months for no reward at all and for them to then ignore me...
