I've got about 250 points to get before I reach a £50 payout and then I'm not bothering with these, sick and tired of their slack management
    Thanx

They are meant to be a proper listed company and they treat customers like this - disgrace...

Just noticed this on the mutualpoints website blog. Still no points coming through for me for BuyCentral although Kelkoo is tracking twice a day now - still hardly worth going on for 2 points a day. Just hope they will still manually add points while this problem is ongoing.

    Buy Central points problem…

It has recently been brought to our attention that some members are not receiving rewards for using the Buy Central comparison service.
We would like to thank those who have informed us, and would like to let you know that our technical team have mounted their trusty steeds and are racing to your rescue in full shining armour. We expect to have the problem fixed very soon.
Don’t worry, you won’t lose any points for using Buy Central, but our customer services team are ready to help you should you continue to have problems.
Once the problem has been fixed we shall contact you through our Blog to let you know that the gremlins have been removed.

Its weird I'm getting the points for reward mail but not buy central, they did manually add my missing points on, but now keeping a spreadsheet on the go to track the points.
I dont do kellko, as 1point doesnt even equal 1p, too much hassle x
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

Has anyone received any mutualpoints emails this week? A couple of times a year my e-mail seems to disappear from their list even though I have them added to my address book. Just wondered if it is just me or if they haven't sent anything out this week.

I had this last week. I didn't have any reward mail for about 2 weeks. I sent them an email and I got a quick reply back and now they are coming again. The email were sent on bounce back.
