Still getting rewardmail but no points for kelkoo and buycentral coming through now.

I'm also waiting for a cheque which I requested a month ago and still hasn't been processed. Mutualpoints is fast becoming not worth the effort...

same here, I'm getting reward mail credited but not points, going to leave it to end of month and then ask for anothermanual adjustment.
Totally aree its beconing not worth the effort.
I've got a cheque on order............when it appears pass x

They have sent me an email after I enquired saying as from march 1st buycentral will be added to accounts 20 days after the search date. They didnt mention kelkoo even though I asked about it and they are never added to my account. I have noticed that some of the reward emails are not even being added now aswell lately so best to take note of this. The whole thing is not very impressive, its pretty bad if they cant add even a search that is 1/2p in value, the only reason I have done the kelkoo ones is because I'm n there to do buycentral so do it anyway. However I have stopped until I can see the points added after the 20 days and will re enquire about kelkoo

same here,i requested my cheque on the 24rd feb,had an email saying that the financial team are only processing cheques on the 23rd of the month..haha funny how its the 23rd and my cheque still hasnt been processed,im starting to get fed up of emailing them,but ive got £80 still waiting to be processed!!!!

Wow take the money and run pepsimax, thats what I'm going to do once as soon as I round off my points as you cant get an odd amount cheque. Keep us updated about your payment please

I emailed them yet again,and they said to give it a further 7 days...thing is,i have £80 waiting to be processed,plus ive built up another amount in points through joining various things....that never register or get put in pending,so im finding myself having to email them all the time,if i dont get a result by the end of the week,i shall phone them directly

Kept a spreadsheet with the points on, as the daily clicks are still not showing. x

I didn't know that Mutal Points still existed - they stopped sending me emails about a year ago

apparently the exuse there useing over the emails is that some accounts bounce back, apparently AOL is one of the worst. x
