Me too. I emailed them about it yesterday and got a reply today to say if I tell them how many I am missing she will add them on manually. They did that with pricerunner a couple of weeks ago but I dont really want to have to keep asking for points that are usually done automatically.

I'm in the same position. They add them manually when you email but their automatic tracking system is useless. Haven't received points for Pricerunner, Kelkoo, Buy Central, or Erdoh. Receiving fewer reward emails too.

i am so dissapointed with them, they ignore your emails, or they tell you i'll look into it and never get back to you. i'm missing over 500 points. how useless are they!! mad mad!

is anyone getting rewarded for pricerunner,kelko,buycentral etc,last reward points i had were back on sep 17th

Same here pepsimax. I emailed and got pricerunner points added
manually but when my sister sent them an email about missing points, they didn't get back to her.

I don't bother doing the clicks now, how are we supposed to keep track of points we may or may not have been rewarded.

Shame, I used to like MP. I hope they get their problems sorted.

I got a fairly quick response and they have added the 360 points that I estimate I have missed out on from PriceRunner. They have also asked me to email back regarding how many points I think are due from Kelkoo, Erdoh and BuyCentral. Hmmm 10,000? 20,000?

Ive got my debit card registered with their high street section and it works great - as long as I remember to use it when I go in, but given how many other places are starting to offer it does anyone know if you can register the card with more than one of the schemes?

I presume its the same company doing the work and feeding the info back to all of the sites who offer it so probaably not but before I get cheeky and try it has anyone tried it and does it work?
