I used the letter template someone posted earlier on this thread and based it on my September bill and sent it to them last night. Got a reply by email from Andrew Woodvine from Directors' Office on behalf of Guy Laurence thanking me for my email and saying he'll be touch tomorrow.
I wouldn't bother waiting for dan to call back probably best to email the ceo office direct0 -

Ive emailed the ceo office and its dan who called me back regards it.where do I go from here if I dont hear anything0 -
I'd be surprised if you don't hear anything, but if they maintain that they're not doing anything about your complaint, you need to get them to state (in writing) that you can't come to a mutual agreement (or something to that effect).
Once they've done that, you can open an ombudsman complaint. The only problem there is it takes time.0 -
I got a text saying someone would be in touch this week. It's a joke. Hopefully watchdog will feature them and we'll get to watch guy squirm as he admits vodafone are wrongfully trying to shaft people0
