They said he's emailled dan and that he should be in touch tomorrow :/

I sent another email today saying how appalling this is after saying at the latest wed find out yesterday and havent even had a reply from that. From dan being "off" today its looking abit dodgy. I have a feeling today would of been the last day for the letters in the post and theyll be turning round and saying we havent sent a letter to them. Somthing dont seem right.

I'd say that most of us have a good case for showing that we've been in contact before the cut-off date

I'm not sure what they're trying to achieve. Are they just trying to exasperate me to the point where I decide life is too short to continue such a charade?

I've even said to them that if they are sure i'm wrong, I just want an email stating this so I can commence an ombudsman investigation - they won't even do that.

Something is wrong - I'm wondering if they're waiting for some legal issue to be decided by their lawyers.
  • Well I have been in touch with watchdog. So let's hope there featured. I think if enough of us email watch dog them we will have a chance at watching guy squirm like a little piglet.

Sorry but it will not happen. Even if the story appeared (and it isn't a big enough story really) they'll send someone else or a laywer.

What email did you use? Might be worth sharing.

My Husband has both of our iphones on one contract with Vodafone our normal bill is £70-£75 per month for both. Last month it was £100 this month it is £150. I admit we have been abroad and used our phones a little but this is unbelieveable! We have been wih them since July 10 and they have got our bill wrong at least 5 times I have spent hours on the phone to them and do not get anywhere.
Can we get out of our contract surely we have paid more than 10% due to our usage oh and we only new about the price changes because of MSE no texts for us!

Calculations are done if you exceeded your bundle and got charged more as a result of the changes not if you used it outside the UK.

If the difference is down to the non uk calls you are out of luck, if it's from calls you made in the UK you may be able to get it looked into.
