Use the last bill you got from Vodafone, worked for me last year.
It won't be enough for me, my usage is usually below 250mb over my allowance; this month it's already 500mb over and into a second charge added. I've sent a letter today anyway, asking them to look at the charges I've incurred this month already, I'm not holding out much hope though.0 -
I see, I'd be amazed if vodafone let you out of your contract with that usage, worth a try though.0

I recieved email saying they are looking into and missed a call saying it is being investigated to see if the changes will effect me.i was charged 3 times last month so going of that which they should fingers crossed theyll let me go without charge.keep you all updated.0

I've received a phone call today from CEO office he informed me that it is the month previous to when you received the text message and that the data allowance will definitely be taking into account and that people in customer services have made a mistake stating it is only line rental charges. I will have my decision by the end of the week. I advise anyone who is emailing there letter of termination to send it to the CEO email address as they seem to be the only ones who have any idea what is going on!
I've even been credit £15 for incorrect advice I have been receiving in the past week.
I will post my response once they call me back

Yeah got a call but missed it. He left a voice mail saying hed recieved my email and it was being looked at by the billing dept see if it would affect me. The new call charges wouldnt but the data would as I used 1.6g las month getting a £15 charge so when the new charges come in it would be £30 and my tariff is only £26 with a £10 discount.said hed get back to me in the week. Let me know how you get on.0
