but I have a garden that is frequented by foxes who leave their !!!!!! on my lawn and I have no intention of shooting or poisoning them.
Yes but it's unlikely you are surrounded by people who have a collection of said foxes.

I was happy to buy this for my neighbour as i said they are really nice and worked really hard in their garden and they have grandchildren and i would be horrified if they kids got covered in cat poop
    .

btw, tmi but my cat has found a place in my own garden to poop, which i can deal with
Mupette you are a shining example. Good on you
  • Another vote for the sonic repeller here. I used to find loads of piles all over the lawn. I got a sonic repeller and it is now down to a very occasional pile, best money I have ever spent because it means my grandson can play y on the lawn.

The above is the problem in a nutshell. This person has had to spend their money to resolve an issue caused by someone else's pet for which they are responsible. If they do not spend the money their grandchild has to suffer getting cat sh*t on them when they play on THEIR lawn.

The cat owner should be forced to pay for any deterents needed to keep their cat away from other gardens.

I also liked the comment saying 'prove it was my cat'. Stupid comment.

It is stupid because that sort of comment is the last resort of the chav and the warranted response in my view is a slap (on the wrist of course).

However, if you are 14 years old I withdraw my criticism
