You are an inspiration GlasweJen.
You will know best what to do about the situation, but as previous posters have said-it's better to regret the things you do than regret the things you don't do.

I just want to say, I think you are amazing. You and this thread gave me the courage this last few days to do and say things that I had been putting off, so thank you so much xxxx0

Sometimes it's best not to put words to these kinds of feelings at all. If you're already hanging out with the fella then perhaps if it's what you both want then it will just develop into something more couple-like.0

You should say your feelings however also state, if he doesn't want to go out with you... you'd still be happy as good friends.0

Aww hun, I really feel for you in this dilemma.Only you can know deep down how much you can cope with, and how he might react.I wish you all the best, and hope you get a heart asap xx:A:A"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Owww jen! I am sat at my desk at work in tears after reading this thread!
You are truly an inspiration and I do hope you find a heart ASAP.
I think once things have calmed down you should tell your friend how you feel....
you will know life is to short - you could have your last few months could be v v v happy ones with your beau!
If things dont work out with beau then you have a truly good friend.
I know I for wouldnt be in the slightest upset if a friend told me that they loved me and I didnt feel the same.....I would feel honoured and just sad if I didnt feel the same.....0 -
I don't know if you know, but in The Arms there was a user named Hyder (who sadly lost his battle in June '11) He had a bucket list of things he wanted to do, and inspired others to grab today by the horns and not put it off until tomorrow.
A Fond Farewell
Bucket List
I'd be inclined to tell him, although maybe let the dust settle. I also hope a matching donor comes through.
For those reading, here's the Organ Donor Register I think it's about time I registered.

Jen, I couldn't read and run from this. I sincerely hope that things work out for you, both with your friend and a heart. I know I will be thinking about you....0

Thanks everyone. I do have a bucket list. I'm trying to finish my masters at the moment and I'm walking a 10k for the british heart foundation soon. I have a load of stuff I'm working through just wish I had more energy to do it!0

Jen I have no advice for you (I'm pretty rubbish at it anyway:o) but I just want to say I think you are amazing and really hope everything works out for you. xx0
