I know with Paypal you only have to prove attempted delivery, I'm sure ebay will be the same.
Sellers used to think they were being clever by refusing returns.
As the buyer, Paypal are the only ones that matter because if they find in your favour you get your money back.
As a seller, Ebay are the only ones that matter because if they find in your favour the seller loses the final value fees which will be significant on £450.0 -

The OP opened the dispute in ebay not Paypal.0 -
Don't forget to send it back either with a courier that provides an online signature, or special delivery. Make sure it's insured!!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

If your dispute with Ebay fails, contact your Credit Card issuer. If you have proof that what you received wasn't what you ordered they can dispute this for you. It's a simple chargeback as long as you've returned the goods (or attempted to)0

Quick note - a STUDENT buying a £450 bag? Might jack in the job and go and study something as i can't afford a £450 anything!
(Sorry OP that's not meant as a personal dig!)0 -

Try collect+ or interparcel for returning it! Couriers are usually more reliable with tracking than royal mail!0
