Tracksuit trousers have arrived and they are perfect. Can't wait to go out running on Friday morning. And have bids totalling a massive £9.16 on my records so far. Let the good times roll!

Am now allowed to list another 90 items this month on ebay, so provided I can find industrial quantities of valium and have a spare 18 hours I should be able to get some more records up for sale. Should be preparing for a run now but am going to give my wounds another day to heal before getting back out there - the new tracksuit trousers are going to have a massive impact I feel, and might also inspire me to try runs at other times of the day - stupid o clock is not the best longterm solution. Much more optimism today about everything - weight holding at the 22-07 mark - am very confident once I start running and watching what I eat again that I'll be hitting the 22stone point sometime around the end of the month, and am looking forward to Sunday - that'll be the two month anniversary of this diary and time to post some more debt stats.

Good man. The running should help to lift your mood too - bring on the endorphins!

Party time in the Bloater house cos Mrs B secured her new job which means a tad more money and a helluva lot less stress. Necessitated a meal out at TGI's and a trip to the Co-Op but everso worth every penny - a big cloud has lifted from the house. Running might have to wait til the weekend. Have to get back to tending this diary - at one point I thought I was going to overtake the matrons from the Matrix on the view count but they seem to have zoomed off into the distance again. Probably with that confounded pen.

Well done Mrs B! I was given 3 of your special pens today and thought of you when they were handed out! Do you want me to send them to you? One for use and two for special occasions lol

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
