  • Quick retype of a post that got lost in a crash - done a chilly 4k today that was abnormally normal - the ex-con murderous plumbing shop has shut down - was too scared to read the handwritten note stuck on the door in case it said "you're next, Bloater" - especially because my nemesis had parked his courier van outside said shop - taxi had its engine running outside the church but no sign of any drunken clergy - and the fat (and remember with my BMI and weight I use such words with a real sense of scale) smiling man with the sticks from the other day walked past me again - this time without any sticks or smiles. Weight down again to 22-09 and BMI at 38.55. Well pleased.

Tonight won't be a NSD or alcohol-free. Mrs B has Glee and Greys Anatomy season openers to watch and will need plonk to console herself that her hubby is not (yet) in the league of Dr Dreamy and co. This will leave Mr B with at least 2 glorious hours to watch what he wants in the front room with a bottle of red to celebrate the amount of weight loss this week likely caused by not drinking any bottles of red.

  • Well done Mr B! I know its not the same but spirits are better than wine if your trying to lose weight, but wine tastes so good damnit.

Great stats Mr B - long may it continue. I blew my dry week last night with a bottle of Lambrini.....(oh the shame :o.... sent my son in to buy it too so i'm cheap and a bad mother ;) )

Have a great weekend - you deserve it!

  • Wow, great numbers!

Have you considered a kettlebells class? I did one the other day, 20 minutes of sweating and good aching.
