Happy Wednesday, absolutely! You're a star, MrB, and I love the sound of your New Year moneysaving/earning project!
NB - Martin's newsletter always comes out on a Wednesday - if you can, just take a quick look through, there's often something thats helpful - I've not checked it myself today, but it can be good2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
You do sound ultra motivated at the moment. Those little "treats" can make all the difference to the plodding I find.
really love reading your about your early morning adventures. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
Love your posts.
And your determination.
I have evolved a new theory just for you: the body has a Normal Takeaway Level (NTL) and if the input of takeaways dips below this for more than a certain period of time, or passes a Friday without topping up, then weight loss stops and BMI likewise. They can both be restarted by the simple process of rebooting the takeaway level and going for a 4k run the next morning.
Any pedestrians mown down in the process boost the BMI drop no end.Miggy
