Happy Wednesday, absolutely! You're a star, MrB, and I love the sound of your New Year moneysaving/earning project!

NB - Martin's newsletter always comes out on a Wednesday - if you can, just take a quick look through, there's often something thats helpful - I've not checked it myself today, but it can be good :)

You do sound ultra motivated at the moment. Those little "treats" can make all the difference to the plodding I find.

really love reading your about your early morning adventures.

    Love your posts. :D
    And your determination.

I have evolved a new theory just for you: the body has a Normal Takeaway Level (NTL) and if the input of takeaways dips below this for more than a certain period of time, or passes a Friday without topping up, then weight loss stops and BMI likewise. They can both be restarted by the simple process of rebooting the takeaway level and going for a 4k run the next morning.

Any pedestrians mown down in the process boost the BMI drop no end.
