Not sure if it has been mentioned before on this thread Mr B but have you considered Swagbucks?
Without too much effort I earn about £15 a month in Amazon vouchers which I use for pressies when birthdays come round.
You can earn quite a bit more than that but its time consuming and working full time I cant commit like some.
Just a thought as a lot of the stuff that earns you money on swagbucks can be run in the background while you do other stuff on PC
You could think of it as earning whilst you list(ebay)

Consider making your own wine. Most of the equipment can be found on freecycle over time.Pants0

Another 5k (run) banked and after the birthday celebrations for my little princess end tomorrow then we can start the austerity drive on the finances. Lack of wine yesterday and a far rockier playlist led to me shaving a healthy 3 minutes off my personal best for the distance this morning. Could have probably got another 30 seconds off of it were it not for being distracted by a pile of pasties strewn outside the chipshop. Hopefully this is not the start of some fastfood turf war - I've always been mistrustful of the Cornish and maybe now my suspicions have been proved correct.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

Do you use Runkeeper Mr B? I have that one (although the woman is damned annoying when she speaks), but my son has the Zombie app that has a commentary as you run and gets you picking up medical supplies whilst being chased by zombies.
(He's almost 21, at University and is clearly okay running round the dark parts of Luton with a voice telling him the zombies are right behind him.......I have checked; the app does exist, so I will park my 'recreational drugs' fears for now and worry about psychosis instead.....)
Well done on the running. You have inspired me, though the world is not ready for me to pound the streets just yet.:ALBM July 2006. Debt free 01 Sept 12 .. :T

hi MrB,
long time lurker, just raising head above parapet and saying hello.
Glad things have worked out re. the job - must have been really scary and probably still is. Freelance isn't for everyone - I'm in the halfway house at the moment.
glad you are getting out for runs. I use Strava which I'm finding super addictive as it's very good for the ego - every time I improve on a 400m/half mile/mile/km time it tells me, and like a sucker I feel I want to do better next time
Glad you have clicked ignore... may try this myself:cool:
Have you sorted that bloody beard yet :rotfl:0 -
I know Mr B you are being frugal and good with the alchohol consumption so maybe this is cruel to drop in and let you know that the T*sco wine offer which finishes tomorrow is great - so far we have bought £240ish worth for about £36 - thats 2 cases. Have to get the clever combo of 3 expensive bottles for £12 or £10 bottles down to less than than half then there is an extra 25% off at checkout for it to work:D
Ok I will shut up now;)Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

I've always fancied a wine cellar more like bottle rack.....but I'd be on 3 bottles a day before I knew what the heck happened
Clearly I have a problem with self control, hence the debt, the flab and the ex ish wino habit........DEBT LBM-3.10.2011Total debt-6800  09.09.13-zero
