    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Home early again today. Cut a deal so I know I have money coming in until January, and have a couple of days off to clear my head. Pressure is easing, and it does give us the chance to look holistically at the whole lifestyle picture. My stress levels were rocketing around the 90% level for quite a while, already feel like they are down to 70% so I have a bit more headspace to play with.
    2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)
    2014: Goodbye Bloater, Hello Boater (DFW)
    2015: Got here by luck, intending to stay by judgement (MFW)
    2015: Back to DFW, but not back to Square One (DFW)
