    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Temptation was resisted last night, and with my weight at 145kg I've dipped under the 23stone barrier which is always a good sign. Got to try and keep it that way now. I am so pleased I came back to this diary - the support on here from you lot is amazing. I salute you all.

    Maybe the cookies were actually a help - so you didn't feel too deprived?

    Can you send Mrs B to the shed whenever she gets the calories out? Out of sight, out of mind and so on... (calories not Mrs B). I always find it harder when I can see food or drink, and if I can smell it or someone else is eating, well, it's really difficult!
