but if Mr B is managing to run OK I think it should be fine. Running is so brutal on your body
So is The Shred! :rotfl: However the warm-ups and cool-downs are pretty good so perhaps that helps counterbalance the brutality.
Yes, see the doctor if you're thinking of doing The Shred but it comes recommended. The little Bloaters can have fun doing the star jumps too so you don't have to stop if they get up.Miggy

Will investigate the Shred - sounds good. But then so did Yogalates. Anyways, must gather junk together to list this weekend, and then in another spot of moneysaving have decided that instead of getting a new suit for an event we have next weekend, I'll simply lose three inches round my waist in 7 days. A combination of Shedding, Shredding and Running might just get me there.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

My preferred punishment for quick workouts is one of these
and then whatever exercises floats your boat.
So today 3 circuits doing 1 minute per exercise with no rest.
step up kicks on the balance board
reaching sit ups(with medicine ball)
alternating step ups and kick on the a step
burpees (I hate burpees!)
push ups
medicine ball slams
Thats 6 minutes, just 6 minutes with a proper sweat on.
You dont have to check the timer. it beeps to tell you to move on and keeps you honest
However it can be any mix you like with whatever you have available
I use the Gymboss for Kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, balance etc
So for example with the KBs I do a routine
45 seconds of figure 8,45 secs rest
45 seconds figure 8 + 45 seconds of swings then rest
Then build up like that to do 3,4,5 & 6 KB moves with rest period
then a complet run of the 6 with no rest
utter beasting but good
though I have had to order a new one after I washed and tumble dried my old one0 -
As you're so fond of your shed Mr B, check out 50 Sheds of Grey on Twitter
. Good to have you back
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Morning all. Frisbee in the park with the little Bloaters and then getting 100 items to list on eBay out from the unforgiving Shed should burn off a few calories today/ Am going to follow all the sage advice I recieved over the year in this thread - and will defer listing til the evening time, instead of my usual habit of having items ending at 4.30am on a Tuesday when it's only me up. Please keep your collective fingers crossed that the Adam & The Ants sun visor gets a good home this time - if not, then this particular piece of pop history is going straight to the tip.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

If you go ahead and do your listings during the day you can schedule them for say couple weeks in advance. This incurs a cost of 6p, but what you then do is either go in tonight or tomorrow at say 8.30pm, and all the scheduled listings, go in and edit them to start immediately, then you won't get charged the 6p as you are cancelling the scheduling - plus you get them starting and ending at the correct time of day.0 -

MrB. Have you thought of trying to sell on eBid?. I recently went back and gave it another go and sell quite a lot. As there is no 10% FVF, this means that even on a £1 item, I'm 10p better-off.
They also have the advantage of no fees for starting a listing at a given time/date. You can also set up the auction to auto-relist up to 10 times.
It is a real 'fire-and-forget' listing style. Just make sure to keep an eye on your emails for questions and sales notifications.Never Knowingly Understood.
