I have not eaten Beef for years but do eat other meat. The one thing that I missed was a steak pie from the butcher. After 12 years I ordered one and the first mouthful was grizzle so I've never touched beef again. This was a butcher that always used quality meat BTW.

you do know that every packet and tin containing meat has the same warning on bones? its standard.
and fray bentos pies are great, why avoid them because a bit of bone is in one, isnt that like complaining about finding nuts in cashews?

They're rubbish! I had one a bit back, got it free with a voucher. There was hardly any meat in it.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

    Fray Bentos are garbage pies...

If I'm going to eat a meat pie then I'd rather have quality.

Those tin pies or meat in tins repeat on me and when you pee you get the yonk of it too!! The puff pastry is nice though.

The best meat (chicken n bacon) pie I've ever had (and mash) followed by gorgeous apple pie (and ice cream, the pastry had a shortbread type taste) was @ a battersea pie station.

Luckily I only paid £1 for the meat pie (and mash) on a promo. (was around £8 normal)
