Anyone who paid over £100 on their credit card and has been given the run around by any retailer needs to make a Section 75 claim. Once a retailer starts getting hit in the pocket, they may start to take notice.0

I have, for the past few weeks, had the same experience with 2 online stores on trying to purchase a wheelbarrow, The Internet Gardener Ltd took £86 early Dec with a 3 day delivery date, then mailed to say it wouldn't be available until the end of Jan. The Shedstore took £80 payment for delivery within 5 days then said I'd be contacted by the supplier sometime in the next few weeks. Twice stung I mailed Worldstores and asked when my item would be delivered if I bought it today (it states 48 hours) they mailed back and said it was out of stock! Still advertising it though... worldstores.co.uk/p/Bullbarrow_Mammoth_Duo_Plastic_Wheelbarrow_Black and on their other site shedsworld!0

Once someone called my work and screamed at me for 10 minutes about their order and how we are cowboys and how I am incompetent because I couldn't find her order etc etc. When I asked them to read out to me who was in the "from" part of their confirmation email it was World Stores!
No idea where they got our number from!

After waiting in for 2 whole days for a package to be delivered (24 hours after it should have been) the item was damaged. I was told they would pick it up and refund me. I now find myself waiting again for a courier to pick it up. I was assured that XDP couriers would email me just as they said Yodel would on delivery but they haven't and guess what? No contact phone numbers on their website, just like Worldstores.
I would never buy anything from this company again and wish I had read the reviews beforehand0 -
I ordered a mattress and paid for extra for next day delivery from World Stores a couple of years ago. It took a week and apparently it was my fault because being in Glasgow I hadn't realised it was a bank holiday in England, even though the website took the order including next day no problem. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Naively we chucked the old mattress rather than humphing it to our new house. We slept on a sofa bed for the first week. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I was hoping somebody can help me who may have been able to get hold of worldstores customer service. I recently placed an order for two light fixtures and the incorrect product arrived completely different to that product advertised. I have tried unsuccessfully
To call the company and have sent serval emails and no reply. The website states we only have seven days to return the good but as they advise we need to organise a collection through them we are stuck. They have broken the sales of goods act 1979 as the goods delivered are not as described. Does anybody know a contact number I can use to get hold of the company and where I go from here to get a refund?0 -

Worldstore boast about their customer service, you try and speak to their after sale service, you should set aside at leased half a day or more to get through to speak to human being as I did. When I actually did get to speak to someone by going trough the sales dept they could not help about the non delivery of our order so they asked if I would like to be passed over to customer services when I said yes please I was put straight back to the end of the queue of all the other poor souls.
As for their delivery firm, when I tried to contact them, after listening to a recording telling you how busy they are three times and that someone will be with you soon, they cut you off!!! what a shambles.
DON`T GO NEAR THEM0 -
I am furious with this company. I ordered a bed and mattress on Tuesday , good delivery as it did arrive on Weds . The bed is fine BUT the mattress is a cheaper version of the one ordered and the label of the one I ordered has been placed onto the cheaper one I received. I am £70 out of pocket and getting nowhere with so called customer services
Would never use again and am now in touch with Trading Standards
I bought my son a new bed.The drawer fronts came of,and one drawer didnt even have the rollers screwed in.
what else can i do? Ive emailed them the pictures. All I want is 2 new drawers! This happened yesterday. How long should the process take, before I take further action?0 -
Today, I will be mostly sending complaints to each and every department, until I get a human, and not automated reply.I will get on their nerves, they will just want me to go away!0
