My kitchen appears to be sinking, it also has bouncy hardboard floor that has massively sunk in places. The sink unit has actually come away from the wall

Meant to say I've got a line going down the garden as well, my garden is a bit small for a big enough rotary one, and except in july my garden is too shady and it wouldn't dry without being in the wind.

Oh, and if you want the steam version, make sure it has an S at the end of the model number. There's another 11kg one but no S at the end. My one is a F1443KDS - same version without steam is F1443KD.

Found something else to worry about...how come the one without steam is dearer than the one with steam? Surely it should be the other way round?

Edit: The one without steam is rated higher for energy efficiency. I assume that's what makes it dearer.

The non-steam ones are usually quite a bit cheaper. Where are you looking?

How much higher can it be rated - the steam one is A++ :D

Just saw the non-steam one is A+++ - but still, that one is normally cheaper.

On the site you linked to. :D

Loads of sites don't have the steam one in stock. Wonder why the shortage? Maybe there's a balance fault LG are rectifying before sending more out.

See how hard it is to be me? :o:rotfl:

We can swap... you can be stuck in a small house with 4 kids under 10, 2 of whom are completely high from yesterday on a windy, rainy day!

Maybe because it's just the best and they're sold out lol

Must be a mistake on that site because i've seen the non-steam ones for around £650.

I think I'm about to spend £1254 on an LG 11kg washer and an LG 9kg condenser dryer. That includes Quidco. Scared.

i used to have an lg and wouldn't have another.

we bought a miele last year and its the best washer i have ever had, plus it has a 10 year guarantee - if it lasts that long (which i'm sure it will) it works our cheaper than buying a few cheap machines.
