Feeling quite full after my lunch. WI tonight, after 2 weeks away the thought is quite

    B: banana, plum
    S: velvet crunch (4), apple
L: italian peasant meat soup (2), jacket potato, beans, cheese (A), salad
    S: pear, 2 plums
D: cheese (4) & ham omelette, sw chips, salad

HEB will be after or during group when I can buy some more of the chocolate deluxe hifi bars, ooo i've missed them :D

Will check in later with the results :o

Hi Rachel - have you tried the Kellogs Fibre Plus bars? I reckon they are as good, if not better than the deluxe hi fi bars. They are VERY chocolatey. Good as an alternative if you can't get the Hi Fi's x

I am a bit disappointed because I thought I had kept to SW exactly but I only lost 1 lb last week. I see people losing huge amounts on here. Not that I want to lose huge amounts each week.

I started off at 14 stone in 2008 and now am down to 12 stone. I have 1.5 stone to go but I have been hovering around this weight for almost two years.

When I checked back I was 11st 9 this time last year :(

The only thing I didn't list each day was my hot chocolate at bedtime. But it can't be 15 syns or more, can it?

I have never been to a SW group as I do it online and live 25miles from the nearest group. I did wonder if there would be any benefit going for just one session to make sure I am doing it properly. Would they allow it?

SW recommend a healthy weight loss to be between 1 and 2 lbs a week so you're doing fine. Don't compare yourself to anyone else as everybody (and every body) is different and will lose weight at different rates.

Consider whether you're ever feeling deprived or miserable by following a 'diet'! If not and you're managing to go steadily downwards it's got to be good hasn't it. You could well lose 3lbs a week if you were prepared to go on a liquid diet, but would you choose that?

Your hot chocolate could well be lots of calories (therefore syns). Why not try Options or Highlights.......I like the very sweet Turkish Delight one as it gives me a sweet fix at the same time as a chocolate one :D

If you wanted to join a group it would cost around £10, you would get all the books and a talk-through of the plan. No-one can stop you from just going the once although the Consultant may well ring you if you don't turn up the following week. It happens all the time so don't worry about it :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
