I just weighed myself and have lost 2lbs, so I'm very happy about that.
I start a body pump class this morning - my first one so wish me luck!
Well done on the weight loss, don't less the pain put you off the class, it goes away after a couple of days. Stick with it, you wil feel loads better. :T0 -
well i went and put a pound on this week
not really sure how it has happened! maybe the exercise, maybe too many syns, who knows! going to try and not get too despondent about it and keep on working at it. have a potentially dodgy weekend with a wedding but will try to keep focused and do damage limitation!
was going to do some green days next week as am a bit fed up with red but scared now it will lead to another gain or a STS! i think i just end up eating more if i do green..? i was getting some losses eating a lot of chicken, salmon, tuna steaks and salad/veg so maybe i'll do that for another week and see if i can lose anything, although it was getting rather boring! oh decisions! has anyone got any advice?Well done Rachel, it must feel great to be at target!

It is a horrible day out there! Walked DD to school and i'm no back in my jammies as my clothes got soaked:( Going for a bath to warm myself up.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Well done Rachel!
I am a bit disappointed because I thought I had kept to SW exactly but I only lost 1 lb last week. I see people losing huge amounts on here. Not that I want to lose huge amounts each week.
I started off at 14 stone in 2008 and now am down to 12 stone. I have 1.5 stone to go but I have been hovering around this weight for almost two years.
When I checked back I was 11st 9 this time last year
The only thing I didn't list each day was my hot chocolate at bedtime. But it can't be 15 syns or more, can it?
I have never been to a SW group as I do it online and live 25miles from the nearest group. I did wonder if there would be any benefit going for just one session to make sure I am doing it properly. Would they allow it?business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Body Pump! Oh my word, that was really hard work! I feel all week and wobbley now, just going to sit quietly on the tram for a while and get over thr shock. I can see that it'll be super effective though so hopefully my bingo wings will reduce.
Now, food: today is green
B: 2 weetabix milk banana HEB HEA
L: ratatouille, pasta, cheese HEAvegetables, potato, chicken (HEB)
Can I can have 85g chicken for a green HEB can't I?

Have you never checked the syns in your daily hot chocolate? It could easily be 15 syns or more.
Maybe you don't eat enough? Do you not eat breakfast or was the soup and apple breakfast?"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
sammy,:o Soup and apple should have been lunch. I have just found a bowl of porridge in the microwave so have eaten that too. I have updated my food for the day now.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Hello everyone
Well done Rachel!
I am pleased it's the end of my week as I feel shattered. I don't think I've slept well due to a fear of sleeping through my alarm! I couldn't survive an excerise class gien, I am soooo unfit. I do need to think about including some tho. I gave up smoking then started SW so it's the natural next step to the healthy lifestyle I am aiming for.
Bikini - I do mostly red days but slip in 1 or 2 green to keep me from getting fed up.
Food today is Green
B - 2 weetabix and MILK - HEA
L - FF Cottage Cheese raspberries and rhubarb topped with an orange mullerlight
D - will be left over cheese and spinach canelloni from yesterday I counted all my cheese as a HEA yesterday should I count it again today? I might have some slimming world chips with this as it isn't a full portion.
Snacks - banana grapes and cherries.
2 syns for milk at work so lots left. I always try to get most of the day over before I think about using syns.
