    :jHello

Was going EE today until I got home, and realised that I had only eaten green stuff, so made it green and had extra HEB!!!!

    So Green:

B - 42g All Bran (HEB/HEA) with strawbs (rest of HEA in coffee)

L - HM Lentil Soup, Pineapple, Celery, Toms

Snack - Funsize Curly Wurly (3.5), Jelly (0.5)

D - Chickpea and Spinach Curry (2), Savoury Rice, 3 Pogen HEB, Poppadum (2)

So both HEB, HEA and 8 syns used. I also went and joined gym today, did induction then half hour workout - mostly cardio. Friend I went with is all up for it and wants to go again tomorrow!! But, I did enjoy it and I aim to run the 10K race for life in July (I walked it this year... so am upping the anti!!)..... Wish me luck (I figure it will all help in the fight of the fat!!:rotfl:)

This weekend is going to be crap cos I am going to see my brother amd his GF, this usually involves alcohol!! But we don't see them often........

Well done losers!! Keep on the tank everyone else.... (Including you teachers who are living for the weekend (2 sleeps!!) cos we a dying after only 2 days!!!:D)

It doesn't look like I have not eaten much on paper but had a full dish of that soup and was stuffed. Plus, it has been really tight money wise so have been having to make do sort of thing....But.....

  • Hi Everyone

I hope you don't mind if I join you. I've been lurking for a while

After last night's weigh in the cake sale at work today has been my downfall. Let's just say that the large slice of chocolate cake this morning, the lemon drizzle cake with my lunch and the piece of yorkshire parkin this afternoon were definitely off plan!!! Somehow I didn't feel very hungry this evening, even after a session at the gym as part of my guilt trip and only managed a yoghurt.

    Must try harder tomorrow :o
I need to make a new list for 2014
think of something to put on it!:rotfl:
Try harder for 2014 as I never managed it in 2012 or 2013

Morning, weather is crap here again!

Having a flexi day as meeting friends for afternoon tea in a lovely little bakehouse near me. They do the most fabulous cakes all handmade on the premises:j

Other than that: Using 1/2 an A for milk
    42g All Bran(B), yoghurt, nana
    Mug Lentil soup
    Macaroni cheese(2A), wedges, salad.

  • Hi all, not bee on since the school holidays started - in that time I have put on 2.5 while on holiday (was pleased with this tbh) and have since maintained the same. Am away in 2 weeks time so I'd like to try and lose another half a stone so am being good. I am gambling with having green/red days because I have not really done them before, but it means I can have double breakfast.

    this morning :
    B - 2 x Weetabix chocolate minis portions (HEB)
L - roast chicken (picked up the skin and then put it down) and about an inch of french stick, Yoo light thing yogurt (3 for £1 at Mr T BTW so cheaper than Muller light)
D - probably be chicken stir-fry. Chicken, uncle bens extra pineapple sauce, pineapple, mushrooms, onion and beansprouts.

Bought a load of apples, pineapple and melon today so will snack on that. Am allergic to apples but find I cut them and stick them in the microwave with a little water and I can eat them stewed, sometimes with a drizzle of Syrup if too sharp. Half a stone in 2 weeks. I am sure I can if I set my mind to it and not be tempted by biscuits.

So am aiming for 9 stone but the hard thing is, because I am more or less happy with the way I look, I find it hard to get motivated, I am not overweight and am a size 12 but would probably look better in clothes if I lose it - and this is where I can feel the motivation slipping away. Was pleased at how easy I found it to maintain though, even while being very naughty at times.
  • Having just seen that S&S sauce with extra pineapple is a whopping 22 1/2 syns, we will not be having that today!! I have to say I nearly choked when I saw that.

And Yoo Light Thing yogurts - despite being fat free - are 2 points each so will only have one today.
