wow well done rachel! you must be ecstatic! :j
food for me today:
B: Porridge, yog, raspberries (did the whole 'magic porridge' thing but it didn't seem to expand at all, maybe i did it wrong?)
L: Wrap (8), Tuna, (2.5 for oil), salad, fruit, yog
S: Snack sushi pack from Tesco (waste of syns but needed something substantial on-the-go before gym! 5 syns?)Quorn sausages, veg, 2 x ryvita, cheese (B, A)
S: Maybe an alpen bar and options hot choc (2)
Week's been a bit funny. Have been maxing out the syns most days - around 15ish. Usually I try to have 5-ish or a few more occasionally. It's the wraps that have done it! They were a tasty and filling lunch but will give them a rest next week. Not sure what the scales will show tomorrow. More syns but also more exercise.. have a feeling I'll have put on(from sneaky mid-week weight-ins - I know I shouldn't!). Ah well we shall see! Going to try to do gym twice a week and swimming once a week and see if that helps the weight loss once my body gets used to it.
Loving a bit of cheese with my dinner by the way, helps me feel really satisfied after!

It doesn't look like I have not eaten much on paper but had a full dish of that soup and was stuffed. Plus, it has been really tight money wise so have been having to make do sort of thing....But.....
weigh in tonight...........3lb loss and my half stone award!!blue_monkey wrote: »....So am aiming for 9 stone but the hard thing is, because I am more or less happy with the way I look, I find it hard to get motivated, I am not overweight and am a size 12 but would probably look better in clothes if I lose it - and this is where I can feel the motivation slipping away. Was pleased at how easy I found it to maintain though, even while being very naughty at times.Back from WI, and very pleased to announce I lost 1lb. This also got me myand brought me to

Right I'm off on hols in the sun tomorrow for just a few days but am acting holidayish with my eating today, I just don't care at the mo. However, due to v.early flight I shall be spending a few hours at the airport so have picked up a bag of apples and a bag of carrots on which to nibble to save me spending gazillions of pounds on airport food. How SW/MSE is that then?!?!?!?:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hi all
After yesterday's cake fest I was determined to be good but ..............
an early meeting got in the way of breakfast. Someone bought me a cappuccino, but I'm not sure if it was the skinny one or not, but at least it was better than the latte I would have had before SW and I did resist the croissants. I made short work of the banana that was in the car. By the time I got back to the office the Parkin left over from yesterday jumped out and attacked me. Lunch was a fairly good ham salad and pear. Late afternoon was a bowl of Strawberries and Raspberries with an Activia yoghur (I prefer these to Muller light).
I walked round to the gym as I'd booked a session to review the dreadful routine I'd been set up. The new circuit is much better and I'm sure I'll go more often now. I need to get myself a lot more flexible than I am now.
Dinner was pasta with a lovely red pesto sauce but I need to work out the syns for it. It was rather yummy and I might have some more for lunch tomorrow with a salad. Will have a bit more fruit to round it off. I've got some very nice clementines and melon.
I need to make a new list for 2014
think of something to put on it!:rotfl:
Try harder for 2014 as I never managed it in 2012 or 20130 -
