  • I started my SW again today. Lost 3 stone last time I did it 4 years ago, after having my first child. Since then had another and piled it all on plus more and I just can't shift it. So here to a new start and hopefully a nice size 14 Christmas outfit. Your support would be a great help

I am so delighted that I found this thread.... I had planned on starting SW today but the consultant didn't come back to me in time about joining the group - so I need to get on board and get going until I can get to group next week - I am determined to do this!!!

hi all, it's been a while since i was here so apologies if i'm in the wrong place. I'm doing slimming world from home as i can't afford classes till i start work and i have a question regarding cereal bars. I know you can have 2 alpen light as a HEB but wondered if there were any more as these are the most expensive in my local supermarket!! Also, i have quite a few special k double milk choc bars in, any chance i could use one of those instead? they're 79 calories so quite a low one. any help much appreciated, quite a lot to get my head around!!
:p It is better to be thought of as an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt
