  • Ladies, I've just done a practice run and I can see how to start a new thread ... should I do it? I was thinking of calling it "Slimming Worlders Summer 2012"? Consultant21** used to start a new one every few months, I do hope she is ok.

**popped back to edit: Consultant 31 - I made her ten years younger!
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

How many syns in Starbucks coffee(latte, mocha)? I fancy it sometimes as a treat but have no idea if only milk counts as syns then?

they are horrifically high in syns :( i cant remember the exact values for but for the bigger sizes you are looking at your whole days syns gone and a bit more. i drink americanos and they are 2 syns each and thats just the espresso and water!

you can get away with the "HEA/B = -6 syns from the total" rule but it would still be like eating a small choccy bar.

may be whoever is incharge of this thread would kindly start a new one, with a link to this one.

its getting so long, and i think...we just might need a heading for summer one now:j to spur us on to remove some of the winter woolies:D

Weighed myself at work - 16 stone 5lb (OHHH DEAR) at my heaviest was 17st so am determined that will go down. Looks like I'm weekend worker for the next month so will weigh again on Sun and then weekly - if I do it more often verge on obsessive and don't want to go down that route!
Bedtime reading tonight will be the books and after finished on course tomorrow will go to Mr Al des and get veg . Fancy salad tomorrow - now I know it's not summer yet but sooo missed veg as was soo Brasov .
Used scones as bread as didn't even have £ to go buy loaf but agency paid me so can now get veg in . I know it sounds bad but I managed
Have done apprev@d food order too so cupbourds will soon be full.
    Date restarted DFW 30/04/16
    Money owed :-
    Vet £700
DMP too much ( need to find out how much )
    That's it

there is a 80p off coupon on the coupon thread for Wright's bread mixes(you knead and bake yourself/use breadmaker), there is a wholegrain one which I think would be ok for SW(right?) and it would cost ca. 5p in Mr T after the coupon :) hth

think you should ask a Board Guard to close this one then, so we don't end up with two threads running :)
