    Well done losers.
I do SW on my own (well, with you all here too) but my official weigh in is Friday morning, in the nude as soon as I get up!
I wish I could join a class - iused to love body therapy.

Having a green day here for a change.
    B: weetabix, banana milk
L: sandwich with cucumber, tomatoes and 20g Ham. 2tsp mayo (3 syns)
D: lentil dahl and rice. Mango chutney.
Snacks: banana and grapes and nectarine
Any one know the syns for ham and mango chutney?

Got a busy afternoon - got to go to the tip!
    Trying to keep in budget.

I have had a huge bowl of dyno rod soup and am still hungry. Yesterday I had one bowl then two mugs of it later in the day? Is it okay for me to have more? I have no fruit etc to fill up on.

Of course it is fine. If you are hungry you need to eat! I would just be aware of the side effects:eek:

Thanks for asking susiebear. I didn't go to WI for 2 weeks after reaching my target and was pleased I had only put on 1.5lbs. This was considering I'd treated myself to quite a few things that I'd previously banned (fish with batter and real chips was one:o). I've been better this week and managed to stay just about within syns and although I'm out tonight for a meal I'm hoping it won't have caught up with me by tomorrow's WI. I'm planning to have as many 'good' days as I can for this rest of this month as I have a number of birthdays to celebrate plus a week's holiday. I'm sure I'll go over target at some point but I know how to get it back!

:( to not being able to afford a new wardrobe. I'm going to need new winter stuff too. For the summer I bought just a couple of pairs of M&S trousers and a number of tops from CS. They've been great, some really good brands and at just £2-3 each a real bargain. I know CSs aren't to everyone's taste but I've been willing to experiment with colours at their prices where previously I'd been very conservative (for that read black;)) if I was spending good money!

    EE today:
B: NAS squash, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for teas, satsuma
L: marmite sandwich, apple and cottage cheese
D: going out and I'm not choosing the venue so hopefully reasonably sensible
Syns: 1 glass of wine and whatever's in my dinner!

when i need a wee boost, i do try on some "big" clothes....just to feel them hanging on me...and i do try on some "tight" clothes...to feel them getting more comfy on me....

if i think i am gonna eat something that i really know i dont need...i do paint my nails (by time they are dry, the notion has past) or i brush my teeth, then rinse with really strong mouth wash.....then i dont wanna eat,

good luck, hang on in there x;)
