I have been MIA again and although I ate whatever the boys were eating somehow managed to lose 1 Lb. I have signed back up to SW online and this week have stuck to it really well. WI is Thursday so have to wait to see if doing it properly has helped.

    EE menu for today is
    B. PorridgeHEB, apple, Milk HEA
    L . Dyno tod soup
    D. Liver and bacon and lots of cabbage and carrots from allotment

need to look up liver to see if it is free.

I've read the thread (over a few days :o) and I'm amazed at how much wieght you can lose by eating so much food :j

My question is, there doesn't appear to be a group local to me so I am contemplating joining online. But I don't understand all these HEA or HEB. I know it means healthy extra, but if I join online will it tell me what HEA, B, C's;) I would need and what these foods are??

    Hello,

I have being doing SW online for a while. Everything you need is there online for you. I found I wanted the book so rejoined when there was a special offer on including the syn book which also lists HEs.

Well, just been to WI and managed to STS - I'm a mixture of relieved after the marathon visitor stay (Thurs-Sun) and lots of eating out and a bit disappointed as I did try hard to stick to plan whenever possible. Oh well, I'm telling myself that its that first proper week back on it syndrome and my body will miraculously adjust next week and lose 3 stone!:rotfl:

    Today's food....
    Breakfast - Hifi bar
Lunch - small jacket spud and beans, grapes, graze box punnet (5 syns)
Tea - quorn sausage stew with rice (free)
    Evening - pomegranate

Right I'm starving - off to start tea.

Well done to all the losers!
