  • if you fancy it you could use a wholemeal pitta (I believe Asda and Co-op ones count as a HEB) in place of the wrap, save some syns! I like them warmed in the microwave until they swell then cut them open and stuff in your filling and mmmmm.

Thanks Blackberry-rum that's a great idea, I will pop some in my trolley next time I'm at the supermarket! :)

Today has been good food-wise. Lunch filled me up good and proper so I didn't need to pick at anything in the afternoon. Chilli was nice tonight, and I ended up having it with some salad and two ryvita as my B, which did a no-so-bad job at replacing rice! :)

And I am in love with 0% total greek yog btw! :j

I can't remember, are you doing EE? because if so rice is free, you could have had it with your chilli if you wished.

Right, I had this idea today, of getting a little bangle thingy to snap each time I want to have chocolate. I think I've seen some ex-smokers do this? Anyway at breakfast I decided to knit one. I put 4 stitches on and did an i-cord that just went around my wrist, tied it using the 2 bits of knitting cotton at the beginning and end, and it's worked well all day. I may do one in each colour to coordinate with my work wardrobe. Of course, it's worn off by this evening as I am having a small glass of wine (6) and have just had one from a multipack of Sunbites (6 estimated, will check) so still within my allowance though and not wasted syns in the day when I didn't really need any. (Thank goodness for hot marmite drinks, makes me feel I've had something really good!)

popped back to say, yes the 25g packs are 6 syns. What kind of diet is this when I can have wine and crisps every night!?!?!?!?!?!?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
  • Thanks blackberry-rum, it was a red day today hence the no rice. I really should try EE sometime, but I do have a penchent for HEX Bs!

I have just WI and have gained 0.5 lb. Too much wine on holiday! Never mind, still on track for 1lb a week. I must admit I would like a good loss this week though!
Back to work yesterday for me too Owl and Welsh Woofer, it will help as the routine (and being so busy!) will keep my head out of the fridge.
    Good luck everyone!

My question is, there doesn't appear to be a group local to me so I am contemplating joining online. But I don't understand all these HEA or HEB. I know it means healthy extra, but if I join online will it tell me what HEA, B, C's;) I would need and what these foods are??
