I've done a quick weigh in this morning and i've sts from last week so i'm happy with using this weight instead!!TakeItEazy wrote: »Not feeling well today [typical as back to work tomorrow] got a bad head. Hard to describe how I feel just blerghhhhhh.

Sorry you were feeling poorly TIE, i've been feeling the same the last few days... i ended up using that 4head stuff to get rid of the migraine I had (it dulled the pain rather than get rid of it) have you tried it? Richj I just make it up really. Frylight a few red onions and cubed chicken till coloured, add some green curry paste and a bit of stock, add veg (courgettes, mushrooms, pepper green beans) and simmer for 5 mins or so. Add the coconut milk (sometimes I do this with the stock), simmer another minute and then serve.Trying to keep in budget.

Not been in much but i am still on it - 12lb loss now in about 10 weeks. Had a few weeks of not 100% so i'm happy with that. Always want more but then don't we all. Setting a target of 1lb a week from now until the week before Xmas = 15lb loss is possible.
B - 2 weetabix and sk milk (HEB/A)
s- pineapple
L - loads of Dyno rod soup
s - s/f jelly 1.0
T - small amount of Mince, loads of veggi bits in a tomato sauce(bolognese) on spaghetti. - getting all the family to cut down on the mince intake, not quite converted them to quorn yet!! But i'm trying
Not sure on syns, probably syn some extra skimmed milk to make a hot choc option for supper. Yummy.0 -
Hi gang. well I have been awol for days now, and there is too many posts to catch up on, its not like me, i hate missing a single post, if I find the time over the next few days I will catch up on everyones news. I finally have found myself a life, got myself a new man (been single for years) I think its the weight loss confidence kicking in
I do hope everyone is ok though
I just wanted to mention what I heard on the radio today, it seems McDonalds, Burger King KFC etc are starting to write all the calories in there foods, its been incorporated onto the menu's this week. This is something I will find very helpful when using the 20cals 1 syn theory.
Anyhow back to work, have thought about you lot on and off over the last 5 days or so, keep wondering how you all are doing, and having withdrawel symptoms haha0 -
Congratulations susiebear. Having a new man should be a good incentive to stick at target. Don't let him lead you astray with too much wining and dining!!;)
My EE menu for today:
B: NAS squash, HEB porage, HEA milk + teas, banana
L: cold pork and satsuma (didn't feel hungry so just picked)huge stir-fry with Golden rice
I've been back to the fridge rather too often picking bits of crackling off the LO pork. I'm going now to cut it off and throw it in the bin!!!0 -
Afternoon all!
First day back in work after 6 weeks off - I like my job so that's a good thing and the routine will help with food/scoffing too!
Today's food has been...
Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
Mid morning - banana
Lunch - left over pasta and pesto (1 syn for the teeny bit of pesto), grapes, 60 cal thing from Graze boc (3 syns)
Tea will be sweet potato soup (HM) and a small wholemeal bread roll (B choice)
Evening snack - strawberries and raspberries
So that's 2x B choices, no A's yet and 4 syns so far.
Bum! Just remembered I had a small teacake at school (3 syns) so that's 7 syns in total so far:o Must stop eating without thinking about it!0
