Am being a bit more creative with my meals this week so making a chilli tonight to last me a couple of nights, going to do an aubergine bake one night i think, and going to do tuna wraps for lunch instead of boring old salad (don't really want to use my syns on the wraps but it will be a nice change).
I WILL keep on the straight and narrow!! :A
if you fancy it you could use a wholemeal pitta (I believe Asda and Co-op ones count as a HEB) in place of the wrap, save some syns! I like them warmed in the microwave until they swell then cut them open and stuff in your filling and mmmmm.FutureCooper wrote: »....T - small amount of Mince, loads of veggi bits in a tomato sauce(bolognese) on spaghetti. - getting all the family to cut down on the mince intake, not quite converted them to quorn yet!! Not sure on syns, probably syn some extra skimmed milk to make a hot choc option for supper. Yummy.
Hi Futurecooper, have you tried dried soya mince? I just looked it up and it seems to be free on all plans. I find it has more taste and a better texture than the quorn mince - for years before SW I would mix soya mince & real mince half and half anyway as a kind of stretcher!scottish_lass wrote: »Only been doing this a few days, feels like I am eating more than i did before. here I am back, she was doing a red day with this menu so has 2 HEAs and Bs but nevertheless look at how much she ate!
- apple
- 2 boiled eggs
- salmon fillet
- tickled cabbage
- tickled beetroot
- tickled onions
- frozen strawberries
- frozen raspberries
- coconut n pineapple quark
- 227g jacket (B)
- cottage cheese
- lettuce
- cucumber
- tomatoes
- peppers
- onion
- tickled veg
- 500ml semi (2XA)

Scottish lass you call that a LOT?!?!?!?!?!? 'snothing! 2 little bits of fruit for snacks? You can stuff more in than that, honestly, and still lose weight. It's a shame MrsMcawber doesn't drop in so often, you should look at the list of things she eats in a day and she has literally lost stones. I'll see if I can find a sample post back in the thread and point you to it! :rotfl:
