    Hello all,
I have been on holiday this week so have been out of internet contact, but first of all, big hugs to Blackberry rum - really sorry to hear about your cat. I gave up trying to catch up on the thread, so hope everyone else is ok!
I had lost 1.5 at WI just before I went on holiday, but a sneaky WI this morning showed I had put on 1 again. Food was very good on holiday, but the beer and wine did the damage. Back to fizzy water with a slice of lime for me! I will try and minimise the damage today and Monday before weigh in and see.
Still on track for 20 lbs off by the end of 2011.
    Food so far today:
Bubble and Squeak and flat mushrooms, baked in the oven with frylight.
HEA on skimmed milk for coffee/tea

Need to do lots of school work today and meal plan the week. I know the indian takeaway will be calling tonight (back to work treat etc etc) so am going to plan a curry for tonight and start prepping it early so I am not tempted...!
    Good luck everyone.

Thanks lbnblbnb; at least now he has gone :( I have been able to book a few days in the sun - coming up next week. He wouldn't begrudge me. Now you've mentioned bubble & squeak I think the salad I planned for tea has gone out of the window.

Who asked about Mix to Match? Didn't Consultant say the other day that isn't advertised any more as basically it's Extra Easy.

Cottage cheese is free, isn't it? and I've seen recipes in the magazines that have puree in them but are still free.

inspirespirit, you can split the HEs. Like you say, I often have just one Laughing Cow spread in a sandwich and the rest as milk or today I'm having 1 slice of WW bread and 2 Pagen crispbreads.

I'll type up the jalfrezi recipe in a moment. I've no idea how to add it to the recipe index, so perhaps some kind and clever person will do that for me.

    EE day for me:
B: NAS squash, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: HM lentil and veg soup, 2 Pagens
D: Pork roasted on carrots, celery and onions with roasties, cabbage and cauliflower
Snacks: satsuma and plums;) the ones I've got left are so ripe and juicy now I have to eat them over the sink!
Syns: I will probably have a small taste of crackling and usual wine syns

Maman, you just type it (or copy it, now) into the recipe thread (link on page 1) and someone kindly comes along and adds a link to the first post there, it's easy!
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

    Hello

Dreaded 1st WI tomorrow...... Cross everything!!

Anyway, I amended my meal plan

B - Omelette with ham, mushroom and toms

L - HM Tomato and Red Pepper Soup, 3 Pogen (HEB)

D - Roast Beef, Roast Pots (HEB), Runner Beans, String Beans, Marrow, Carrot, AB Carrot and Swede, Cauli, Brocc..... Gravy (2), Horseradish (1.5)

I then had HM Rice Pud using HEA, the rest of which was used in coffees. I have also drunk gallons of NAS squash..... I am full.

Anyways, my question is this: How many syns in a fun size choc bar (I am thinking Curly Wurly specifically!!)

Dizzy - Thanks for your well done.... It made me smile....

Talking of cottage cheese and lasagne, if any of you have Jamie's 30 minute dinners he has a lasgne in there using cottage cheese and loads of green veg. It is yummy but it does need adapting as he adds cream and a few other non-SW friendly ingredients! Easy to adapt though, it has become a regular here. I just use ordinary dried lasagne and bake it in the oven as usual (his uses fresh lasagne sheets and just grills it, as I remember).

Just popping in to say goodbye, SW isn't doing it for me and I'm going to try something else. Although I've lost a stone my weight loss has stopped and I'm getting more and more frustrated so think I'll give myself a break and try and go back to basics with a 'clean' diet and up the exercise.

Good luck all, and thanks for your company. I may pop in to lurk now and again (mainly because Dizzy makes me laugh so much). Keep up the good work!!
