I was expecting them to be SS but they're just normal SFs.

With the amount I had yesterday they were super speedy this morning!

You have to make the most of them though as the Victoria Plum season is so short and they are just the best ever tasting :D

Great losses this week folks - onwards and downwards!

WI for me today - after last weekends 'hog fest' in Scotland I wasn't expecting anything great but was overjoyed at getting
    :j:j:j

    - Half a pound !

    :j:j:j

Not startling but better than DH who went up a pound :rotfl:

I put it down to the plums;)

Did you have the rest of your HEAs? teas/coffees? 'Officially' if you don't have all your HEs you should syn the bit you have had.

Of course they are. I was expecting them to be SS but they're just normal SFs.

Had delicious free chicken curry tonight. A new WW (:o) recipe for chicken jalfrezi that was really yum! I think because it was made with passata rather than tinned tomatoes, the sauce was really thick and smooth. I adapted it with exta SFs but it was so much better than my usual SW curry where the sauce is always a bit thin and watery. Will definitely make it again.
do you have the recipe for the chicken jalfrezi?

    .

I didn't realise that. You can split them though can't you? cos I find it difficult to eat 6 of the extra light laughing cow cheeses yet I do love a couple on toast or ryvitas. Will have to remember that. I could have 3 ELLC's on my toast/ryvitas and 20 grams of Feta sprinkled on my salads cos I love Feta. (I don't drink tea/coffee)

Thanks for the info.......still getting my head round it.

    Hello all,
I have been on holiday this week so have been out of internet contact, but first of all, big hugs to Blackberry rum - really sorry to hear about your cat. I gave up trying to catch up on the thread, so hope everyone else is ok!
I had lost 1.5 at WI just before I went on holiday, but a sneaky WI this morning showed I had put on 1 again. Food was very good on holiday, but the beer and wine did the damage. Back to fizzy water with a slice of lime for me! I will try and minimise the damage today and Monday before weigh in and see.
Still on track for 20 lbs off by the end of 2011.
    Food so far today:
Bubble and Squeak and flat mushrooms, baked in the oven with frylight.
HEA on skimmed milk for coffee/tea

Need to do lots of school work today and meal plan the week. I know the indian takeaway will be calling tonight (back to work treat etc etc) so am going to plan a curry for tonight and start prepping it early so I am not tempted...!
    Good luck everyone.

    Morning all!

    The visitors have gone!:j:j:j
I can finally get back to normal - I have tried really hard to stick to the plan while they've been here but its sooo hard when you're eating out all of the time. I don't think I'll have put anything on but its doubtful whether I'll have lost anything .... we'll see on Tuesday:eek:

So today's food in my lovely quiet house will be....

    Breakfast - Hifi bar
Lunch - reduced fat houmous (B choice), cheese (A choice), mini bread sticks (3 syns), apple, quorn 'ham'
Tea - sweet potato soup (HM) (free)
Snacks - strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate (2 for 99p in my greengrocers)

So that's 1 xA, 1 xB, 3 syns so far... I'm sure that will change but I'll try to keep the syns down today to try to counteract the possible oversynning of the past few days.

I had too many syns on Friday evening (Was good up until I got home from work) and had too many yesterday. Today is a new day and trying hard to be good.

Not really sure what plan I am following today but have had a Hi fi for breakfast (HEB) then followed this by a huge bowl of strawberries. I bought these on Friday for a treat but forgot about them!! The treat for my OH was a piece of chocolate fudge cake !

I really fancy sw chips for lunch topped with a couple of fried eggs and undecided for tea. I think I might have the Mr T Simply Cook Lamb shanks (free) with cabbage, carrots and sweetcorn. I don't have any superfree planned for lunch and don't fancy any more strawberries post sw chips at the moment so think I might treat today as a mix to match day. Does anyone still do mix to match?

Im not sure on syns. Really I should keep these low given the excesses of the last couple of days. I am trying hard to adopt the mindset that unless I need syns as part of a main meal, (for example the innocent veg pot I had the other day for lunch or a bit of sauce) then syns can only be used post 9pm. Otherwise, I have chocolate syns in the morning and come the evening, I want that glass of wine or treat size choc bar but don't have any syns left. Inevitably I still have whatever treat it is I want and I end up going over my syns.

I know it would be a good idea for me to plan my syns so that I can have more than 15 at the weekend and limit them during the week.
