I have done 30 mins on Wii \fit for the last 2 days (30 mins per day)- and my bum aches today :rotfl:But still onwards and upwards - going for another half an hour today.... And joining the gym this week... my friend is trying to convince me to go to zumba........
Today is red (trying to mix it up from just EE)
B - Puffed Wheat (HEB) and milk (HEA) - rest of milk in coffee (there is some left, honest - I don't like soggy cereal so put the tiniest dribble on!!) and yogurt and frozen summer fruits
L - HM Tomato and Red Pepper Soup, Crackerbreads (HEB) and muller
D - Moussaka from SW mag eons ago. Tis very yummy!!!!
And now for the downfall - girly night at friends involving :beer: wine, and nibbles. Now, I am taking crudites (and dips :eek: - I did buy low fat ones!!). These will be my only syns today, I know you shouldn't, but I have some syns from in the week too (like loads from Monday), but I am going for damage limitations!!!!!!

Really messed up big time last night!
At a birthday party. Picking at sandwiches and too much wine!!
Did not intend to drink but fell into a big big bottle head first!!
Then all willpower fell under the tank!
I am so angry with myself.
Will climb back on now but will have to hold on tight to not use syns for next 4 days:(
why don't you count last night as a flexi syn evening and allow yourself a small amount of syns from now until weigh in ? say no more than five per day ?0 -
Going to have a flexi weekend as I have major PMT. :mad:
Brunch - 2 eggs scrambled, 2 wm toast
Dinner - chocolate, cake, biscuits etc, etc

why don't you count last night as a flexi syn evening and allow yourself a small amount of syns from now until weigh in ? say no more than five per day ?
A very sensible suggestion:T
I'd find it very hard (and would probably be more likely to end up heading for a tragedy of a fail if I tried to go totally syn free for the next 4 days :eek:) much more realistic to put last night down as a flexi day and have just minimal syns to either allow a small treat each day- or simply to make your mealplans more excitingx

D - hm curry and fruit
sn - scran bran, cot cheese apple and lots & lots of water
syns -- mayo
I am going for a holiday in oct and would love to have a stone off
Then work at the other stones over time.

dizzy - thank you and all the others for your kind comments on hitting tihe 13's.
I phrased my post badly - I have been coming down through the 13s for a while - this morning my scales were dead on 13 - meaning that 12's are just around the corner.....
Obviously the scales at group weigh more ( I weigh myself naked in the morning after i have been to the loo!) but at group I was 13stone 4 this week - so the 12's are coming.....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
