Really messed up big time last night!
At a birthday party. Picking at sandwiches and too much wine!!
Did not intend to drink but fell into a big big bottle head first!!
Then all willpower fell under the tank!
I am so angry with myself.
Will climb back on now but will have to hold on tight to not use syns for next 4 days

Hello
I've just been watching DS playing football, it's colder than it looks out there! Plan for the rest of the day is a bit of cleaning, a large pot of coffee and the paper. And maybe a small snooze for good measure!
I'm planning a green day:
banana on toast (b)
pasta with something, maybe just some cheese (a)
SW fish and chips with mushy peas (b for the fish)
may lay off the syns as I went a bit crazy yesterday!
Happy Saturday all!Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
scottish_lass wrote: »First day of diet over! Not sure I have my head round it yet will take time. Looking for opinion of my food intake for the day.
BF-porridge (b) (half water half milk (a)) apple
lunch- mug shot, orange
Dinner- noodles, chicken, stir fry veg, blue dragon sauce (3 1/2 ) two pkts divided by 4 servings
apple, orange, 2 plums
Snack-1 ryvita (b), ham and salad, tomato, cucumber
coffee x 2
Going to read magazine for some recipes.
I think your menu looks good. I expect you measured out your porage and milk (I rarely do:o) and used low-fat dried noodles. Those are the only possible pitfalls I could see. Good luck on day 2!
My EE menu:
B: 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, NAS squash, HEA milk for teas
L: marmite and tomato sandwich, satsuma, plums
chicken curry with rice and SW chips
Syns: usual for a Saturday:beer:
I may need to have a bit more SF as snacks but curry is almost 100% SF except for chicken and spices and I threw in lots of extras to the recipe.0
