    Todays plan
    B - beans / fruit
    L - a big free salad and a mugshot
D - hm curry and fruit
sn - scran bran, cot cheese apple and lots & lots of water

    syns -- mayo

I am going for a holiday in oct and would love to have a stone off
Then work at the other stones over time.
I am getting too old to waste any more time feeling heavy and bloated!!

    Happy to help hun ;)

Its far better to put it down as a flexi.....rather than set yourself up to fail :A

Good luck with the rest of the week, try getting lots of fruit eaten if you can )....this usually helps with the losses ;)(but not too many bananas per day as these don't always agree with everyone as far as the scales go x

I phrased my post badly - I have been coming down through the 13s for a while - this morning my scales were dead on 13 - meaning that 12's are just around the corner.....

    scan bran is bleugh :(

its like ryvita....but without the crunch - a bit like eating an old cardboard box is how I can only describe it :D:rotfl:

You can get them from SW groups OR Holland & Barrett Health food shops. They can be used as a HEB....but you have to be brave IMO !!!:p
  • Well done to all you lovely ladies who have had losses this week :T
Thanks to Maman and Gunsandbanjos for your comments on my meal plans :) I'm doing EE during my first few weeks, not finding it the easiest TBH!

Since my day out in London on Thursday have kinda fell off the wagon, got back on again then fell off again :rotfl:

I'm determined to get back on track tomorrow and will post my meal plan. I've got a work do to attend at the beginning of October so I want to be slightly slinkier in my frock!

Did you have the rest of your HEAs? teas/coffees? 'Officially' if you don't have all your HEs you should syn the bit you have had.

Of course they are. I was expecting them to be SS but they're just normal SFs.

Had delicious free chicken curry tonight. A new WW (:o) recipe for chicken jalfrezi that was really yum! I think because it was made with passata rather than tinned tomatoes, the sauce was really thick and smooth. I adapted it with exta SFs but it was so much better than my usual SW curry where the sauce is always a bit thin and watery. Will definitely make it again.
