Here's one (there's a lot on the BBC but I can't remember which one I saw) that uses potato anyway - ignore the butter and oil instructions but the rest sounds lovely. Once you get used to SW you can easily adapt any old recipe to be a SW recipe (and you really don't need to bother rolling things in couscous for "pretend" breadcrumbs etc ... just enjoy the healthy food! :Dhttp://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/salmon_fishcakes_with_25902

popped back to add link, silly me.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Evening all, some good losses here again :T
What a day I've had, bad headache last night still had it this morning and took most of the day before going. Waitied all morning for new bed [see yesterdays post] got to 1.45 and hubby rang delivery company to see where it was, said they'd find out and ring back [didn't]. Anyway bloke arrives unloads slats and side bits but can't get to headboard as under all the other stuff which was too heavy to shift so he had to go deliver other stuff before coming back to give us headboard . He said to hubby 'I'm giving up this job as can't cope with the stress' !!!!!!!!!!! Hubby had already emailed said bed company to no avail yesterday, rang them today, was on phone half hour and no-one picked up so sent another snotty email but as yet no response [sounds just like asda ]. Anyway our bed dismantled and reassembled in sons room and our bed now finally assembled in our room only to find out I have no sheets big enough as its an american kingsize which we call superking and I only have kingsize sheets .

  • I am doing the EE plan. I have noticed that peeps say which plan they are on on which day. So I am assuming we can decide at the start of the day whether we are doing EE, Red or green and stick to it just for that day? I really like the EE but do quite fancy doing a green day so I can have extra bread and cheese.
