    Morning all!

Birthdays, holidays and bbqs are all over for us now so I can concentrate on getting to target and ordering my wedding dress! I'm hoping to lose about 9lb more.

Scrapeing the cupboards this morning as I'm going food shopping in a bit.

B- Veggie sausages (4), Scanbran (B) and quark with cherry toms
    L- Dyno Rod Soup
D- Chicken kebab skewers with peppers, onion, cherry toms. Some fruit.
Snack- Coffee with milk (a) Scan bran and quark
    Baby Boy B 30/08/2008 Baby Girl B 16/12/2010

Determined to become debt free ready for my wedding 2012!
  • I've had a terrible few days food wise:(

Indian takeaway on Friday (but did try to stick to syns):A

Chinese takeaway on Saturday (did not stick to syns!)

Lunch at mother in laws on Sunday (did not stick to syns )

Also had a large piece of chocolate cake and several glasses of wine :(

I don't know what came over me, but I just couldn't help myself!

I've not been to class for 2 weeks as have taken the last 2 weeks as holiday. I have my weigh in this evening so I deserve everything I get.

I am hoping not to have gained too much but will stay for the motivational chat tonight in the hope that it will inspire me for next week!

I have been reading over the past few days, thinking about getting back on board, and the new thread seems like a good time to get back on the dizzy tank.
I read some thing the other day which made me think:
20 weeks to the end of the year, could equal 20 lbs off.
20 lbs would get me close to my first target, and 1lb a week is more than reasonable.

Good luck everyone, I will be back later to post diary and I must meal plan for the rest of the week, we have lots of veg to use up.

    L x

Thank you for that .... that has really helped me get in gear and aim for 20lbs. :T

First day on this new thread and I am having a EE day

    porridge 30grms
    banana

    so far!
Have a pot of soup started. Onion, Pepper, Carrot, Yellow pepper, 2 potatoes, am going to add bouillon later and 2 tins of chopped tomatoes. Am not going to add salt just pepper.

    Good luck to all.

anyone and everyone is welcome and these great people can keep you on the straight and narrow with great advice!
  • hello everyone!

don't usually post here on a mon but decided to to try and keep me on the straight and narrow! had a slightly sinful weekend..yesterday wasn't too bad but saturday involved an ice cream sundae from frankie and benny's AND a delicious choc pot from m&s! back on the wagon today though.. having a red day:

    B: oatibix (B), muller light & strawberries
L: chicken with honey and soy sauce (1 syn), muller light, strawberries
D: Chilli (no kidney beans if i use alpen lights throughout the afternoon), yog, kiwi fruit
Snacks: alpen lights (B), fruit, maybe an options hot choc (2). NO CHOCOLATE!!! :o

Am being a bit more creative with my meals this week so making a chilli tonight to last me a couple of nights, going to do an aubergine bake one night i think, and going to do tuna wraps for lunch instead of boring old salad (don't really want to use my syns on the wraps but it will be a nice change).

I WILL keep on the straight and narrow!! :A

Great to start a new week - I had too many sins over the weekend but the scales were OK so maybe I've got away with it!
Today will be EE i think:

    B: banana, apple, coffee
    L: ratatouilee
    D: chickengreen curry with rice.
Snacks: apples, FF yogurt with honey (1 syn)
Lots of veg in with the curry - I will need to syn the curry paste and coconut milk.
Have no other syns planned so i should be OK.

Feeling up beat about this week so far!
    Trying to keep in budget.
