Well done all you losers! I stayed the same this week, not surprised as had the Usual Tuesday Blockage and was nibbling seafood sticks all the way home from work as was starving! Will try harder but I am away in a nice warm country for a few days before next WI so who knows.

I am sorry but I smile when I read your posts!!:)
All I can say is enjoy cause after 36 years of 4/5 year olds you will really be ready to sit back and enjoy reading a book / pampering yourself and not think of planners.:( It takes a while to get used to it but it happens. (well I am 2 years retired and still work to bells - I live near a school!!:rotfl:)

  • just as I find myself getting completely focused to be on plan and curb those syns, I find out that my class time is changing.

Currently its 6pm - but its changing to 7.30pm. I feel very :( about it. I like my class at its current time and I don't know what to do ?

I like my group and the people so I am not keen on joining a different group and this would not be practical in the long term.

I like the motivation the weekly group gives me? I know my options are threefold - grin and bear it, leave or do online membership ? All have their pros and cons ?

I would be interested to know what time you attend a group if you go to the weekly meetings ?

I can't imagine getting in from class at 9pm gone and then having to cook tea. I have always gone straight from work and do not relish the prospect of getting in from work then having to head out in the dark and cold to go to class. I should add we are getting a new consultant but this doesn't explain the reasoning behind the time change ? should I complain ?

    What would you do ?

I would ask why it is changing time - no harm in asking & if alot of the other members complain aswell they might not change it back

I used to go to a class that started at 5.30 & used to eat when i got home at bout7.30 ish

I now go to a group that starts at 7.30 and i help out & don't get home until 9/9.30 - i then cook i.e. heat something up in micro or have cheese on toast etc.

Saying that i just realised Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays i eat late due to SW & exercise classes! It can't be good for me

WI on Monday & i lost the 2lbs i put on last week! :j

    Today is Green day

B - FF From Frais & Frozen Cherries (anyone know if Sainsburys have their usual offer on frozen fruit (3 for £5)? Going tonight to stock up as running low & strawbs r getting passt their best!)
L - Baked Bean Lasagne & if still hungry got LO mushroom rissoto
S - Syn free scones, muller lights
D - Fancy wedges but not sure what else!
S - Scan bran (heb) with options quark (2) & might have cheese & quorn slice toasty (heb & hea) for supper, milk in coffee (hea)

Well done to everyone x or good luck x

  • Hi all, still not caught up on what you lovely people are doing, so think I will just start reading from today, so forgive me if i have missed anything important, and I hope you are all doing great.

I had my WI today, trying to stick to target, and have lost 1/2 pound, I can't believe thats 1.5lb less than target i am so chuffed :D I am getting a bit fed up of all my clothes being to big for me though, I am going to have to buy a complete new winter wardrobe, I just don't have the money :( I was stupid as I started buying things when I was in the middle of losing, so they are all too big for me now, what a waste.

Ahh well, its the price you pay for slimming isn't it.

How are you getting on maman with sticking to target?
    How are you dizzy?
    How is your Mum Rachelw?
Hope all you school teachers are doing ok now your back to school x
