I haven't posted my food for ages, sorry, I know menu's are helpful to others, I always get ideas from other peoples.
RED
B: FF yog & banana
L: Chicken on 3 x hovis small WM bread (1.5HEB) & 2 baby bell (HEA)
Box of mango fingerschicken breast, baby sweetcorn, sugarsnap peas, gravy (2.5)
Punnet of strawbs & muller light
chocolate and marshmallow brownie (2.5)
Cadbury highlights & 1 alpen light (0.5heb)
Milk in tea (HEA)
Knowing me a bag of snackajacks or velvet crunch will pop in there at some point.
Has anyone tried the snackajacks curls, they are lovely, cheeky chutney & chilli, and only 3.5syns a bag (bags in multipacks)0 -
You will probably find that 4lb is just fluid, and will soon disappear, when you are inactive fluid tends to build up, drink plenty of water to flush it out
Thank you Susiebear, I never thought of that! *goes off to get a large glass of water*
I will try my best to be good this week, so hopefully will see some results in my weigh in next week!0 -

I just wondered whether you were on any medication, as that can interfere with weightloss too Voyager.
Don't be discouraged, in my experience weight that goes on quickly is often lost quickly and meanwhile you know that SW is a really healthy way of eating.0 -
Afternoon all!
Not had too bad a day so far....
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - reduced fat houmous (B choice), apple, grapes and breadsticks (3 or 4 syns)
Snack - HM oaty biscuit thingy (last one, made for visitors but all gone now thankfully) - not sure of syns?
Tea - 2 quorn sausages, runner beans and new potatoes (2 syns for sausages)
Evening - strawberries, raspberries and a dollop of chocolate spread (some syns!)
Done loads of schoolwork today - writing physics lessons for 15 year old is not my idea of fun! But its done now:T0 -

Thanks for your words of encouragement maman
I have been on pain medication, but I really do think that my lack of activity over the past week has been to blame as well.
Hopefully I will have a good week this week (food wise) and will be able to get back to doing some more chores!
Yes, SW is a really healthy way of eating and I do feel much better in myself when I am following the plan.
Thanks for your reply0 -
Just updating my meal plan
Weetabix(3), milk(A), banana
Lentil soup(need to make more), WM bread(B), cheese(A) made cheese on toast:D,pickle(1)
Melon
Chicken(B) and veg stirfry with noodles, used a teaspoon of sesame oil and half a little jar sweet and sour sauce so 7.5 for the whole lot and i had 1/3 for 2.5 syns. Totally worth it!
Thats a total of both A+B and 11.5 syns
Will have yoghurt/strawberries/meringue(5) later with a cup of tea.
Weekly total 11.5/105The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Think I am going to have bite the bullet and rejoin a class (the consultant is going to be sick of me). I am getting nowhere fast. I need the weigh in threat to stop me cheating myself. So glad I can read all your posts and get inspiration. Well done to everyone on here!0

evening
I'm feeling a bit like Copperjar tonight, I seem to have been doing this forever and the weight loss is sooo s-l-o-w. Some of my friends are doing WW and have lost loads so I'm thinking of giving that a go, or just trying to be healthy and do some more exercise and see if that works.
Today has been green, but I'm really half hearted about it now:
berries, oats and yog (b)
couscous wih chickpeas, sweetcorn, cucumber and tomato
fruit and a yog
kitkat (5.5)
cannelloni made from quorn mince with a cheesy topping made from quark (a)
milk in tea (a)
and that's it.
I'm trying to talk myself into going to an aerobics class later, but at the moment the telly and the sofa are looking more attractive.Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0
