Morning all
ooooh I found the new thread :T -hello to all the new faces I haven't met before
Well done on the losses and hugs to those in need at the moment...
We had the most HUGE storm last night :j - swear the thunder made it feel like someone was shaking the bed...it went on all night and to about 7am
Well hubby has booked some time off work so has gone for a game of golf this morning, then this afternoon we are off to the outdoor pool we found a few weeks ago (tis gorgeous) -I have been doing at least 3 days a week and averaging 100 lengths a time and then walking the 40mins home..I forgot how much I love to swim, although swimming along watching the eagles soar makes all the difference. The season ends in about 10 days though-but so far it seems to be making quite an impact on my jelly wobble fatta podge
. So, weather permitting *although as long as they open I will swim in the rain* we will go swimming and then this evening we hope to get 2hr of badminton in
Im still on my good ole red days so today should look like this:-
- apple
- 2 boiled eggs
- salmon fillet
- tickled cabbage
- tickled beetroot
- tickled onions
- frozen strawberries
- frozen raspberries
- coconut n pineapple quark
- 227g jacket (B)
- cottage cheese
- lettuce
- cucumber
- tomatoes
- peppers
- onion
- tickled veg
- 500ml semi (2XA)
- activia (2.5)
I have also managed to get some more packing up done -Im sure my stuff has been breeding, but I figure that if I can get as much done as possible before I end up in hospital then I can just sit back once Im seen to -plus all this humpin n dumpin helps burn the wobble :rotfl:
Sorry I can't remember who asked when I posted the other day -but I want to lose about another 2st and then I should be about done :j -well depending on how well I tone up, Im not so bothered about what the scales say -more about how fit n healthy I am and what size I am. At the moment Im in mainly 16s with a few 14sbut I have taken serious advantage of when Matalan had some amazing sales on and had loads of pretty stuff delivered to my mums house all in 14s and 12s as Im determined that I WILL get there at least
-I will be back in the UK by the middle of November so I won't need the clothes until then... got loads of cracking bargains -including items down from £18 to £1 :j -just need to buy a huge wardrobe when we move to stash it all in
Right -thats enough yapping from me -I will get off and do a bit more packing up..
Have a lovely day everyone!!-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 - apple

Righto, definitely need to keep a food diary so here's todays offering.
Red day (and when I say red, I mean RED!)
Cereal (HEb), banana, coffee (do you have milk? maybe another HEa?)
3 x coffees during the day (HEa)
Plum at elevenses
Chicken Tikka salad (2 syns for coleslaw)
Raspberries
Muller Light
Apple
2 Rivita with cottage cheese, babybel (more HEb (ryvita) and HEa (cheese)?)
Steak, gamon and salad (2 syns coleslaw)
Strawberries
I don't want to seem like a nit picker and may have got the wrong end of the stick... so you may be having all your HE's after all (from your concern in a previous thread) Everything else look perfect to me I think. Plenty of food with lovely fruit and veggie."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

Woooo-hooooo!
I had to weigh in today, despite only having been back on track for a few days (although eating better for a few days before that) as when I pressed reset on the online SW thingie it kept my weigh in day as Tuesday, makes no sense but hey.
I have lost 2lb!!!!!!
I know some of it may be water etc etc but I am just going to enjoy this right now!
Haven't eaten anything yet, as I had a lovely lie in thanks to OH. Got to make the most of the holidays (back to school too soon).
My MIL gave us the most lovely homemade raspberry jam yesterday: I have made toast spread with it for the kids this morning, but didn't have any (go me!). I am off to find out the syns of jam, I may have 0% Greek Yog, fruit and a bit of jam for breadfast. Need to meal plan as I have no clue for the rest of the day.
Good luck everyone!

Morning all! I've recovered from the brief intellectual interlude of yesterday and normal service is resumed!
Just back from a brisk 30 min walk with the dog - he's puffed and I'm quite hot and sweaty so it must have done us both some good. Feeling less bloated today so thats a good thing.
Today's food will be...
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - pasta and sauce (1 syn and A choice for milk), grapes
Tea - mexican bake (spuds, red onion, pepper, tomatoes and cheese (A choice)
Not sure about snacks yet - running low on fruit so may have to pick some up later. I'm a big fan of strawberries and raspberries in the evening and I'm not sure what to have instead - maybe stewed apple (B choice) and blackberries (if I can find some) for a change?0
