DIZZY - Looks like there's no other takers for the position of tank driver so I'll do it if that's o.k. I'm not a bad driver if I say it myself but I did manage to scrape both doors of our car the other day! I got wedged and couldn't move the car so I got out and asked some kind man to do it for me, I just looked pathetic and he willingly obliged (I think he thought it was help the aged week!), bless him. Anyway the offer is there if you don't mind a scratch or two, (only on a temporary basis you understand) xx0

I could drive the tank! I dont drive so the journey might be a bit erratic but the theory is it would make people hang on tightMags - who loves shopping0

Have started the day with a small bowl of cereal (HEB1) but totally forgot that I was on SW and I cant now have bread for lunch as well! Ho hum never mind...

Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Can I ask how you cook your polenta and is it syn free ? I have a bag in the cupboard which I keep meaning to try but never quite get around to it0 -
I'm sorry to always come on here on a Monday morning (my weigh in day) and have a moan but I'm really losing faith with SW and think I might need to quit and try something new. Last week I was SO good. Literally had no naughty days at all, went to the gym and worked HARD 3 times and I've lost 0.2lb
The only thing I could possibly be doing wrong is not having enough syns, but it seems crazy to me to have some chocolate or something just to get my 10 syns in. It's just so disheartening.
The first 2 weeks I lost 5lb, since then I've lost just 3lb in 4 weeks. And I've been exercising. I have a lot to lose as well. Does anyone have any advice or might it just be that SW isn't for me any more? The only other thing I don't do by the book as it were is always have 2 HEBs
Maybe I need to just do a calorie counting diet?[STRIKE]Total debt 1.11.10 £23,446[/STRIKE]Save £6k in 2015 #129 £6121.66/£6000Save £6k in 2016 #39 £6000/£60000
