how do you count the crackerbread ? i bought the Crackerbread original in a long packet 200g

Ryvita wholegrain crackerbread is 6 slices as a HEB choice.

Maman - I decided on making a chilli filling for my JP and did loads! I've now frozen 3 portions for future use. Why I've never done it before is beyond me!!!

Some very good weight losses here - well done to you all :j:j

    Today is a Green day
breakfast - poridge with banana (milk HEA - porridge HEB)
mid morning snack - grapes + pear
lunch - Ainsly Harriot Roasted Vegetable cous-cous/nectarine and ww fromage frais
    afternoon snack - orange
tea - pasta with tomato sauce + cheese HEA
perhaps a HiFi bar for pud (HEB)

I don't seem to use many syns and not because I don't want them, I'm just too full to eat! What do you all do with them? Although I will say that w/ends are usually a rush/busy time so if I'm not prepared it can go pearshaped so tend to over use them there + extra if I'm not careful  - which is an absolute no-no as WI is on a Monday and there's no time for a being good catch up!

Syns dont have to be junk. Add a little extra cheese to your pasta, or a drizzle of honey to your porridge for example.
I weigh in on a monday and have been having saturday as a treat day without it affecting my losses yet. Obviously if i stop losing i'll ditch it.
But i've been eating at work which is beyond unfriendly as far as SW goes! Been having my regular SW breakfast and lunch and whatever i want for dinner.

OOOH I just made one last night - recipe was in free booklet with this months magazine.

    Serves 4

    1 onion, finely chopped
3 sticks celery - finely chopped,
    2 carrots - finely chopped,
(I added one green pepper - finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic - finely chopped
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground cumin (seemed quite a lot and I don't like this so only put in 1 tsp)
    1 tin chopped tomatoes
    1lb minced beef
1 tin kidney beans in chilli sauce (I didn't have these in chilli sauce so just added 1 tsp hot chilli powder - or to taste)
Because I didn't have the kidney beans in chilli sauce I added an extra tin of tomatoes and then thickened the sauce with 2 tsp cornflour

stirfry onion, garlic and meat for 5-8 mins till meat brown
add spices, veg and tomatoes - bring to boil and then simmer for 20 mins - till veg is soft
add kidney beans and cook 2-3 mins till warmed through - I thickened the sauce here.
    Season to taste.

It was very nice and tasty. I made it just for me and had it with JP then froze 3 portions as there was plenty left over.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks Margaret, I've got all but the celery in, that's dinner tonight sorted, I'm going to have it with jacket potato and sugar snap peas. Yum :D

Seemed quite high! Hope it was worth it.

I must admit, it most definitely was worth it! It's only usually sugar in tea I syn anyway so should not be a problem having nothing else today, I hope!
