Easy, honestly. I was feeling a tad lethargic the first day but I've done just under 400mins of exercise this week which has helped huge amounts!

Posting quickly before zzzzzzzzzzzz to report that my first proper day back on plan has gone pear shaped. Did extra easy and chose well (had lots of superfree) but realise that ordering graze box was a big mistake because i can't just stop at one or two nuts. When I first started having them, i added up the syn values for one of them once and was very shocked ! Disappointed that I started out so well today and have somewhat spoit efforts. Was keeping food diary but too ashamed to write syns from graze box and syns eaten on the back of box but recongise that graze box = bad idea and mustn't let one bad thing mean I go completely bonkers. will start again with food diary tomorrow.

I have also finished off the box of wine that was on the kitchen side and will go back to buying the little bottles because then I can limit my syns and not over indulge. (I have big wine glasses).

Going to bed now to dream about being 110% on track :j back with menu tomorrow :D night night all x

Sorry, I don't have these myself but Ryvita Original Crispbread is 1.5 syns each or you can have 2 as a HEB. Ryvita Crackerbread is 6 for a HEB or 1 syn each. McVities Krackawheat is 1.5 each. Are any of these what you wanted?
