    Morning:D

I know i shouldnt weigh between weigh ins...... but i do. I actually weigh myself every morning as i find it helps me stay on track. Well this morning my scales had a 9 at the front:j:j:j:j So happy.

Green today for me, quick question though. I'm making spag bol with extra lean mince instead of quorn - dont mind quorn for chilli but dont like it for bolognaise, not sure why?
Anyhoo, will be using the mince as my B choice. How should i work it out? As the mince will be in the sauce i know i get 71g cooked so should i weigh out about 100-120g of mince in sauce? I suppose its not the end of the world if i'm a few grams out either way!

I dont like EE:o This way i get my extra A choice:D I dont eat enough meat to justify EE really. I'm mostly veggie with the odd bit of meat thrown in for variety.

    Great loss well done!!

G&S . I am having same problem as you about sp bol. OH doesn't like quorn so always use EL mince.
And this is always a green day for me. I tend to use very little mince but lots mushrooms and try to give him most meat.
It is only meal of week I wont change! (always have wine with sp bol):D

    Yesterday plan
    B pineapple & yog
    L mugshot & sf salad (mayo 2)
D pork, potato & mountains of cabbage, (stuffing 2)
sn - kiwi satsuma grapes 2Scan bran lots of water

Today so far 2 pints water
    B pinapple/kiwi & yog
L hm free veg soup with 2 scan bran (b)
D hm sp bol and cheese (a&b)
sn fruit tomatoes yog scran bran and cot cheese for munchies!

    syns - wine

will keep a running tally on weekly syns. I know you are not supposed to but I enjoy my wine and a g&t at weekends! :o
