I have to admit I am never off my own scales, I weigh myself every morning, and some evenings, I find it gives me encouragement. If Im a bit heavier it gives me a boost to be extra good, and if Im a bit lighter it makes me try harder to lose even more.
Different strokes for different folks, its just my 'thing'.

I am just starting back on SW. First week and I've lost 2 lbs but in order to do that I am having no syns. I am not back at class but following it myself for now.

I am just someone who loses very slowly and it gets me down sometimes when I see what other people eat and drink.

Well 2lbs off is good, its far better than 2lbs on, in fact its 4lbs if you had had a week of bingeing instead of watching what you are eating, so well done.

I tried a few weeks ago on my own but fell down very quickly, I think I need the classes. Even though I really cant be doing with the happy clappy stuff.

    Good luck in your journey.

I know it's a bit late but can I join up. Was a member last year but due to lack of £ couldn't keep it up. Still have the books tho so will try and follow " the plan" . Don't have scales at home but can weigh myself at work tomorrow night and will let you know what I weigh then
Do know I'm overweight and want to change habits for the better. Would like to be able to wear size 12/14 currently 20/22 SIGH
    Date restarted DFW 30/04/16
    Money owed :-
    Vet £700
DMP too much ( need to find out how much )
    That's it
