    Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
    GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)
  • Finally a loss, after four weeks of playing around with 1lb on, off or STS, I'm down 2lb this week. The funny thing is that I really haven't had a great SW week so unless I pull myself together it's going to be a gain next week.

It's holiday time here and there are lots of naughty things coming into the house (not by me). I'm trying to recycle it and get it straight back out there but there are also meals out with family and friends so not the easiest time.

We have four weeks now until the next holiday and that one last for several days so another hurdle to cross.

Well done to all the other losers no matter how small your loss.

Macpep quorn is ok for chilli, tried making a cottage pie with it and hated it though. It needs loads of flavour added. Would rather have mince.

Well it would have been nice had I not been stuck in traffic for an hour and a half, after work, got home, lovely DH had my rice n quorn chilli ready, forced myself to eat it but could only manage half as he had put waaaayy too much salt in the rice, was too hungry to wait for more rice to be cooked so I had a plate of broccoli & cauliflower. :rotfl: After this batch is finished I will just use Extra lean mince :D

    Todays EE Plan

B – Toffee muller with banana
L – Red salmon with Tomato ketchup (1 syn), WM Roll (HEB) green salad, orange, pear, kiwi
D – HM Lasagne (4.5 syns) with large salad (not sure whether I will have garlic bread with cheese yet (which would be another 4.5 syns)
    S – Apple
HEA – Milk used for coffees

The lasagne recipe is an old WW recipe so I am looking forward to dinner tonight.

Seems very quiet on here just now, where is everyone :rotfl:

Well done MedMum, a loss is great, it is hard when there are a lot of funtions on at one time, my goal is for my summer holiday in August so I am not going to beat myself up if I have a bad week one week

Nice recipes for soup here, I would personally throw it all in with some stock, herbs, tinned tomatoes and some lentils or pulses and brew up a soup surprise x

WI at the gym. I've put on 3 pounds. I'm absolutely fuming with myself. id hoped to hit my half stone this week and now since the start of january I've only lost 3.5 pounds and set myself back to where i was on my second SW week. all the mini targets id hit of getting down to 12 stone and then getting myself in the 11 stone bracket are now completely gone.

i know where its come from, DH took me out for a meal and although i only had steak and salad i had nachos and cheese at the cinema, 1 bahama mama in hard rock cafe, some choccy during top gear and a takeaway last night because DH convinced me it would be a good idea. he's my downfall, if he wasn't here i'd be hitting my one stone loss now. he won't support me in loosing weight, he thinks its a load of b*llocks and that I'm fine as i am but i feel disgusting at this weight. i cant even let him near me anymore. I'm riddled with stretch marks all up my thighs and on my tummy that will be there for life and mean i can never wear a swimming costume ever again because i put all this weight on in a matter of months. he's away this weekend so hopefully i can ditch all the alcohol, chocolate, bread and processed food while he's gone and make a start on getting some of it back off.
  • Your targets are still your targets Evilsquid and remember that this is real life. I really know what you're talking about as I'd lost a stone in only a few weeks and then spent the next month gaining 3 or 4lb back and now I've finally reached the one stone mark again. It's so frustrating but if you've at least "earned" the gain then accept it and move on.

Keep with it girl - we'll get there in the end!

Lost 1.5 this week, not brilliant in itself but means my weight now starts with a 14 instead of a 15 which is a HUGE psychological boost!
Oh dear, here we go again.

Well tomorrow is going to be my first day off plan. But I will allow enough syns for it over the week. Because it's an 'undercover assignment' I don't have much choice as to what I order. Got be a steak & chips for main (luckily they grill the steak), and I have to have a dessert ....i'm planning choc mousse.
I've had a look on the SW website, and i'm planning 40 syns for it. I will only drink water or diet coke, so that helps.

I would love to get 2.5 pound off this week, to get my 1.5 stone award, but I'm not sure I will with this meal out.

Well done to jennyjelly and all the loosers, and hugs to everyone struggling with it.

Meant to weigh in today but couldn't go to class as had to pick DD up from school due to hubby's car breaking down. My home scales are different to class ones I think? Never mind. Been good all week.
