Well I had hoped to have another dry week and have done fine so far but the wee fella is going through the terrible twos, DD has teenage angst (yes I know I was daft having an 11 year age gap between them), DH has b*ggered off to the pub and I could literally murder a glass of wine!

I have had very few syns this week so far, less than 5 per day so I know that if I wanted wine I could have it but I'd really like to see a nice loss on the scales again on Monday morning.

So impressed with myself - managed to keep off the red stuff and pounded away on the wii fit for 40 mins instead! WI had better be worth it on Monday....

  • If nothing else K&F you made a great good health choice and that's worth something even if it doesn't show on the scales.

I've made some bad choices this weekend and reading the choices that you and Evilsquid made has made me feel really guilty (rightly so) and I'm determined to take a leaf from your book so thank you for being my conscience if nothing else!

Has anyone sorted their meal plans for the week? Think this is something I need to do.

    Oh and plan my syns...

just had a NSV, i went to the cinema and refused nachos and cheese! :j
Not sure what NSV stands for? But well done, and I think I might have had one as well when they all got Cinese takeaway at work last night and I didn't have any (I love Chinese)

Has anyone got Just Dance for the Wii? Just done 15-20 mins, and it's a killer, but really good excercise.

    well done!

some chinese isn't too bad, plain boiled noodles or rice are free and beef, green pepper and black bean sauce is 5 per portion on extra easy. thats what i usually get if we order, id rather use my 5 syns on a good chinese over 1 teeny kitkat lol.

Unfortunately I like all the really fattening stuff, like lemon chicken in batter, and spring rolls, and prawn toast!

    That's the one I have JD3, it is super-knackering.

I am desperately pulling out all the stops to try and lose 2.5 pounds this week, to get me to my 1.5 stone aware before I go on holiday. I think i'm going to miss it by a pound or half a pound, but it won't be for lack of trying.

Hi! I am back, tail between my legs. Had a week's holiday which turned into 3 weeks off. I think if it has gone ON quickly, it can come OFF quickly.

I seem to fail without planning so I pledge to plan my meals the night before everyday this week. Here I go tomorrow...

    B - 2 x nimble white (B), 2 duck eggs

    L - 2 x nimble white (B), salmon, tomatoes, 1 babybel light (A), jelly (0.5 syns), mikado x 2 (1 syn), banana

    D - Stuffed chicken (1/2 A), lettuce, Yoghurt

    S - Maltesers (5.5 syns)

    Milk for tea (A)

I know I have too many A's but they aren't full "allowances".
