WI this am and lost another 1lb, so only 1lb to target. Set my target at 9st 1lb as that was my target last time. Know once I reach target I do not have to pay if I stay within 3lbs of target. But what happens if I lower my target?

If I can get down to 8st 12lbs might set a new target of 8 st 7lbs, as I still have a flabby belly, but been working on it.

Got some scan bran today as weight loss has been slow, do not want to use them as HEB if having a EE day, any ideas? Saw something about putting syn free nat yog on them and frozen berries, covering and leaving in fridge over night and then having them as a 2 syn breakfast.

    Thanks in advance

Well done on your loss, especially so close to target.

I often had 1 scan bran broken up into yogurt with a sliced banana, for breakfast. It's really filling, and the scan bran adds a bit of texture, and only 1 syn.
My fave 'free' yogurt at the moment is Asda only fat free Vanilla & rhubarb (in a big pot)

Hi everyone is there room for one on here? I lost a few stone with SW a few years ago and this time went to WW because my colleague persuaded me. I have lost nearly a stone but just find i am always hungry and remembered how easy SW was to do and much i loved following it (I defy anyone not to love buckets of pasta and jacket potatoes with laughing cow.)

I am going to rejoin tomorrow night but i have been reading the books and am getting a shop delivered tomorrow so wanted to make sure that the stuff i was going to order is still free.

I used to love the Batchelor's pasta and sauce (cheese and broccoli, and mushroom and red wine) the Batchelor's savoury rices and muller light yogurts.

Are they all still free? It's just i would hate to order them and then d=find they sit in the cupboard tempting me, its just quite a cheap lunch to make up some of the rice and chop in some veg and very filling as well.

If anyone could help i would be eternally grateful and i hope no one minds me asking and jumping into this thread. x

i just tried on some size 12 super stretchy skinny jeans i got from h&m that had been relegated long ago into the pile of "thin" clothes at the bottom of my wardrobe and they fit me!! :j:j:j:j:j:j:beer::beer::beer:

considering they got their place there because i couldn't actually do them up I'm chuffed. been wearing them all evening just because i can :rotfl:
  • Hi I am planning to rejoin slimming world this week, (after 2 year and many pounds regained break) but I was wondering if it is possible to still choose to do the food optimising red/green days rather than the extra easy. I found losing weight with the red/green plan relatively east but did not really take to the extra easy plan when it was introduced. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:

you can still do R and G (lots of us on here do!) or do R, G and EE during a week but your group will only take you through EE in the new members talk and whenever they talk about meals and what they eat it will all be skewed towards EE because most new members don't even know what R or G is.

were you there when it first came in? i was there then and the 1/3 super free rule wasn't a rule then so we all had slower losses. its a fully fledged must do on EE now and anytime you STS or have a gain the first responses will now be "have you had your 1/3 super free?".

the R and G pages are still in the new book but but its been re-arranged so they are kinda hidden if you don't know what you are looking for. also look out for the slightly increased HE: a lot of the cheese is now 30g and most HE cereals have gone up to 35g!
  • Thanks evilsquid1603, perhaps I might be able to give the extra easy another go, as well as do R and G if there are better guidelines than when I tried it. Hoping for sucess with slimming world as always loved the fact I can eat plenty, and still lose weight!
